???
Where the clothes/bag were found is almost 2 miles away (and on a totally different street) from her home/school bus.

Items found and various other things.......the Reservoir is not correct in this mapping but I'll upload another one that is.

Huh. I would never have ID'd him from that sketch. The shape of the face is very different, the shape of the lips is different, the jawline is different, the nose is different, the shape of the eyes is different.

The only similarity to my eyes is that in both the photo and sketch the right eye is smaller than the left eye. To me, that's just not enough of a similarity to link the photo and sketch because it is very common for people to have one eye that is smaller than the other eye.

In all the years of looking at sketches I have only seen one that actually looked exactly like the suspect when found and I believe it was the Samantha Runion case and described to LE by her 5 year old friend that was with her in the yard when she was kidnapped. It was chilling how much the pic looked just like him when he was finally caught.

It does look very much like him to me minus the goatee. Especially the nose and large face.

IMO

Exactly. Now they have him linked to the clothes Sierra was wearing that morning and LE can place Sierra in his car.

He is toast.

IMO

and according to the interview with his sister, she denies they have that link to Sierra in his car.

Yea right.

Off of her property in the bag, we found DNA from Antolin
Garcia-Torres. It was that DNA that was placed into the
system that -- that revealed the identity. We received those
lab results on March 28th

DNA from her property that we found two days after. That led
to the suspect. We seized the suspect's vehicle on -- on
April 7th
, at the time we did search warrants. We have
physical evidence linking Sierra to his vehicle.

Respectfully clipped by me. BBM Thanks for the quoted information above.
IMO, the dates are key to combat those (his sister & her partner) claiming that nefarious LE could have planted perp's DNA from car to force a case against him. They received lab results tying G-T's dna to the Juicy Bag BEFORE they had the car.

Wasn't our perp under 24 hour surveillance at the time of the attempted San Jose abduction?

Even if he was, they admitted surveillance is not perfect and that was one reason they took him into custody yesterday. I suggest that means they TRIED to keep him under 24-hour surveillance, but also tried to be subtle, and may have lost him for short periods in an effort not to be obvious.

But still was it on the bus route or in the opposite direction? I'm sure if the location is remote enough nobody would have heard/seen a thing. He must have known the route.

The perps family keeps saying "she (Sierra) hasn't come up!" over and over and over in that video.

Hmmmm.

Up from what?
Sick thought, but he might have weighted her body down in water, like Scott Peterson did...

yep he is.

I am so saddened to see how this case has turned out but so thankful they had a picture of Sierra that was taken that very morning before she walked out the door.

I think you are right and I dont want to be graphic but bodies that are not weighed down will rise when the temperature increases.

That is why they call them 'spring floaters.'

Sorry for being so graphic but its true.

yea, I was leaning towards this result, because it's so common today.

Girl taken, Girl not found, or found months later deceased.

The world is just a 'meaner' place these days.

I'm also glad they have that last picture of her.

She will be so missed.

This report says the DNA evidence in the clothing is from skin fragments embedded in her clothes- not semen or blood. I'm not sure what to make of that? Then it goes on further in the interview with an interview with the mother of the perp...

That is a good link. Cases have been won because skin cells were present of the suspect's and could produce a DNA profile. He was probably sweating and the skin cells rubbed off on her clothing. We shed thousands of skin cells everyday.

Maybe he is the one that undressed her and folded her clothes. Touch DNA is getting rather common is some cases.

IMO

I think he made her do it. She's more likely to have folded them than him.

Agreed. She may have thought she could stall for time if she took extra time to fold the clothes. Hopefully that someone or something will save her in the meantime. :( :(

Willow I think that was a hookah. Typically used to smoke shisha which is a tobacco blend. But sometimes people use them to smoke pot too.

I think the guy is emptying the bowl on the hookah with pliers so as not to burn his fingers. JMO

I've been chewing on this for a few minutes and figured I'd share...if this guy doesn't give up the location of the body, he was raised in Morgan Hill and has friends and associates in Morgan Hill who have, in the past, gone fishing or hunting or hiking or picnicking or whatever with this guy. They know the same spots he knows. There is a reward for information, is there not? Now that he's been arrested and everyone in MH knows, I'm betting the cops get a ton of new leads regarding areas to search.

The reward is only if she is alive
