I am amazed that this guy managed to pull this off and conceal Sierra so that she still hasn't been found and LE appear to have no idea where she is.

They stated that they do not have blood- but they arrested him because he was a danger to the public ( I am guessing this is after they cross referenced him with the other attacks and DNA showed his involvement- ie repeat offender likely to offend again ).

I said when he was arrested that I found it unusual that he had no serious priors. Relatively well behaved 21 year old men don't typically go and kidnap a 15 year old girl in broad daylight... IMO

Oh- just another observation- the use of the word 'lady' to describe Sierra is an idiomatic thing- 'lady' is a polite way to refer to the 'girl' and NOT implying she was a grown woman- just trying to give Sierra a respectful title IMO.

And as for FS- I keep forgetting she is a mere 4 years older than Sierra- still a kid herself and it sounds like she is seething with jealousy that her man is being accused of having an interest in Sierra. She is also pregnant and when I was pregnant I was completely dooolalllly- ie not of sound mind and of two bodies. Does NOT excuse her foul language- but for her at 19, a 15 year old is a peer threat not an innocent child like we see.

Until I read that I was thinking how his g'f or wife must be feeling and felt really sorry for her. But how it comes across in the comments is she is actually jealous of Sierra. Bizarre. You can understand a loved one in denial - but to actually go on and call a person who MAY be deceased, by the hands of your BOYFRIEND - SURELY to god - you would not be posting this on facebook. I don't understand people I really don't. This has actually infuriated me.

Looks like they searched the Uvas Res today, and that he was supposed to be in court today but it was delayed...didn't give a reason

You know, yesterday a poster said that on FB there is a friend of FS that goes to the high school that Sierra went to, since I was having so many issues with my internet yesterday, I wasn't able to go through who that student or students were. Does anyone know?

Yes, that was me. I saw someone post FS FB page yesterday. After looking at her page I browsed her friends list and noticed she has several with the same last name (relatives perhaps?) Maria Frances was the one that has "went to" Sobrato High.

From the start, Coyote Creek Golf Club Drive held the answer for me. The Kirby Cyn landfill has its address on that drive also. Beginner'sLuck shares this focus but it seems we've struck out, BL, because that area was pretty thoroughly searched, not including the landfill. The adjacent waterways have been checked and~nothing. The landfills were formidable back in early April & as GrainneDhu says, nigh impossible now. Everyone here is frustrated because we want so much to narrow the territory for the searchers.

I thought about the landfill too, but dismissed because I felt perimeter security wouldn't allow access.

Another thought I had now that Safeway has been mentioned, and he seems to be comfortable operating there (SCCSO suspects one of the 2009 assaults could be him). Dumpsters and compactor boxes ... think Jorelys Rivera.

This is my first time posting and I apologize if this has already been mentioned. Today, there were news reports that ATG used to work at Safeway and now works as a tree trimmer. I remember a case a year or two ago where a guy (also a tree trimmer) stalked a single mom and her two kids. He killed the mom, her son and the moms friend. From what I recall, the teenage girl was kidnapped but found alive. The guy confessed and led LE to the bodies. The 3 bodies were found stuffed into a hollowed out tree.

The attempt on a teen back in March was not AGT per the sheriff's dept even though it has the stungun/taser, red car, etc....perhaps they have had surveillance on him since then and knew it wasn't him....did they ever state when they started tracking him?

There looking in the water. What about the park itself. I think the park would be impossible to search though. It is ideal for disposal. They must have their reason for searching water and it may be because his mom said he went fishing that day.

Gads, she's got to be there. It is perfect. One road leading to it from his house and one road leading to it near Sierra's. He could have taken her from the car there and no one would have seen him. She could have been alive and no one would hear a scream.

Seriously guys, cut Francine some freaking slack. She was a child herself -FOURTEEN- when the SOB raped her (statutory rape charges were brought, then dropped) and got her pregnant. We do not know what kind of emotional, physical, and maybe sexual abuse she has endured in the past five years. Stockholm syndrome anyone? It saddens me that we are mourning one girl (much deserved, sweet Sierra will be missed) while trashing another one.

Francine will need extensive professional help, and maybe so will the perp's mom. I choose to not forget that. I can only imagine living in a tiny azz trailer with a piece of work like him for years ans escape with my psyche intact. I choose to think she can still be saved. But that's just me.

I don't know, this guy doesn't seem too bright but rather more lucky. If that 2009 incident was him, he goes in fast, does his deed and is done with it. He doesn't spend much time. I don't see him going into a long drawn out detail to hide Sierra's body. If anything he pulled off the side of a road and dumped her.

Hollow trees are a good thought and there is also a recent local-ish case that has gotten quite a bit of press. The "speed freak killers" they hid body's in an abandoned well. The bodys were only found after years of searching due to a confession. All the farm area is home to many abandoned wells...

With all due respect she was 17- not 14. I also feel bad for her and I feel bad that she doesn't have someone with sense around her to stop her making vile posts- her friends on fb are turning on her- she's the gossip of the town and pregnant and her partner is someone she never imagined and she must KNOW deep down... and she's trying to lie and pretend it's not so... But is she a 'victim' of his? Not in my eyes... a 17 year old and a 19 year old bonking is pretty normal where I'm from...
