I'm not excusing her comments, they went way beyond acceptable. However, I do keep in mind that she's only four or five years older than Sierra herself.

She's not done growing up herself, she's got a toddler and she's pregnant. She's probably estranged from her own parents (judging from the statutory rape charge and the fact that they live with his parents).

And now she's discovering that the man she loves has done something monstrous. Has probably been committing assaults during much of their relationship.

I would hope I would handle it with more restraint than she is... but I just don't know.

I do know that she needs someone or several someones to be there for her, to support her and help her through this.

I went to try and find this answer myself, no luck.
So my question...

What happened? What did the wife say?

I think this will break his mother's heart if LE shows her the evidence-but she will believe it!!
I don't think she will, MOO though. Time will tell.

Well I guess this could be one more trigger time for Antolin, from the presser yesterday

We also have information that we've just recently
developed that there were three assaults in Morgan Hill about
three years ago, in March of 2009. We have linked one of
those to our suspect through forensic evidence. He was booked
last night for murder and kidnapping.

And

In May 2009, police reports show that Garcia-Torres was arrested for obstructing justice when Morgan Hill police arrived at his former home looking for a probationer believed to be living there. Garcia-Torres repeatedly cursed at officers and told them to leave. Later, while being held in a town jail cell awaiting booking, he reportedly overflowed the cell's toilet and engraved graffiti into a bench. Police added a charge of vandalism and he was sentenced to 10 days in jail and one year probation.

I think the part where she says =they have evidence in his car-she did not dispute that-she said she told LE please make sure you look for everything -MO

I wonder why Sierra applauded the gangsta style. Could this have been her doom? This guy sure fits the gangsta style. Did she think he was "OK" and accepted a ride?

If those other assault cases that are linked to him are anything to judge by, offering a ride is not his MO.

His MO appears to be an attack from behind.

He was so much larger than Sierra, it wouldn't be difficult for him to grab her and force her into his car. And it seems to me that there's a chance he used a stun gun or tazer on her, which would mean she probably wasn't able to struggle at all.

She made appalling slurs on Sierra's character involving income via sexual activity.

I don't think it is acceptable behaviour but that doesn't lessen my sense of compassion for her.

She's not even 20 years old and her life is already a hot mess.

I am torn from the little I know from feeling sorry for her and wanting to have her hanged.
I was a young crime victim. It took less then an hour so I can't talk for her mentality....
I just am confused....
as I usually am by all of this...
If he killed Sierra he must be put to account
I am wondering in the future the female counterpart thing...but I still believe women get controlled by men in these instances.....putting up a shield for the flames

His Mother mentioned losing another son 5 mos. ago. How did his brother die?

IMO the only person who would look to see if they were being in tracked, is someone is guilty of something.

I'm not sure about that, JMOO. http://www.freedomfchs.com/ <= I know the stories at this link may be a bit extreme, but JMOO the belief that one is being tracked or followed is kinda common.

Someone posted here that he died in Mexico as a result of drugs. Don't know details. jmo

His 29-yr-old brother was in and out of trouble and was deported to Mexico where he died of alcohol-related illness in December. The father is in jail on sexual abuse charges on a family member. This info was relayed by his 3 sisters in an interview today.

I'm surprised no gang-affiliation has been mentioned in MSM nor whether he was in the US illegally (like his deceased brother).

Combination of alcohol and drugs, he died in Mexico.

Do NOT sleuth friends and family of the perp unless you can provide a MSM or LE link tying them to the case. We don't bandy about the names of innocent parties.

Thanks,

Salem

I'm not entirely convinced he has triggers. I think he might just "go fishing" when his family life allows it. I would not be surprised at all if he has a string of random assaults. jmo.

What a sad mess. Thanks for helping me catch up. I missed the interview with the 3 sisters.

I'm not convinced of that YET. So far I'm seeing a pattern of sorts, but I've been wrong before lol. Oh and then there is also this one from 2009, I knew I forgot something.

December 15, 2009

A woman in Morgan Hill was attacked Tuesday morning as she jogged down a popular running path. It happened on Mission View Road near Half Road -- a normally safe area in the city.

In the upscale neighborhood nearest to Mission View Road.

What has frightened Halmos and her neighbors is the rape of a 45-year-old woman who was jogging down Mission View shortly after 6 a.m.

"She turned, she felt what she believed was a knife or scissors, she looked, they were large scissors, they were pressed to her neck," said Morgan Hill Police Cmdr. Joe Sampson.

Sampson says a young man, believed to be in his teens or early 20s, grabbed the woman, pulled her across the street and into the orchard where he sexually assaulted her.

"She told detectives that this individual spoke English, but spoke what she believed was a Spanish accent.

"He was wearing a hoody sweatshirt, about 5'8" to 5'10," very slight build.

I know that LE said the suspect has lived all, or most of his life in the general area.

No, I don't think she accepted a ride. To be frank, Sierra was a middle-class girl and he's a low-class man. It's so apparent from his photos. She'd no more accept a ride from him than fly to the moon.

She liked to look tough, but I can see (now) that it was all an act. She embraced school, dance, etc. She was well brought up & had supervision. Too bad she made a mess out of her Fremont school, which IMO was the reason Marlene wanted her out of that environment.
