ok i apologize if any of these questions have been asked bc i started to read all the posts, but not possible right now...
1. are her whereabouts the weekend prior known?dad=s if every other weekend
2. what # stop is she on her school bus route? (this is where she was last believed to be?) # 13
3. what was her history as a bus rider (did she ride every day, sometimes, was she always standing there early, on time, or often late (my thoughts early only bc she took a picture of herself that morning)? who did she sit with on the bus generally?)bus driver knew her 6 wks not sure why
4. if i'm understanding correctly, she has a long driveway and the bus picks her up at the end of it? no she lives on a cul de sac bus stop down street and to the left. 0.4 miles
5. anyone known to frequent the area, joggers, neighbors leaving for work, other local bus riding kids?no kids at her stop but she was arunner
6. If she was a car rider sometimes who usually drove her (i'm guessing friends or school staff might know)?no idea
7. what kind of a student was she? also any history with problems at school?grades ahd dropped she was pulling them up
8. bus driver? male or female?
9. who are her friends on facebook? does she know everyone or does she friend people she doesn't know? any friends missing from her page recently?one I have found hasn't posted since 3/15
10. was the picture she took that morning posted on any sites or just taken on her computer/phone/camera?she didn't post it to twitter or tumblr
11. was she dating anyone, has she ever had a boyfriend? her valentine was her orange tabby cat! ♥ and yes probably she missed a guy bad
12. where was her usual hangout spot, mall, etc?home from what I can tell at mom's anyway out partying with friends at dad's ?
13. if mall or movie theater any videos of "creepies" in the vacinity of her that she may not have been aware of(if it's a random I would think that it would have been somewhat planned, such as they knew her schedules, local hangouts)?

I know, Texas is no better than California. We get automated calls here too after the school day is already over. It's really unbelievable to me.

Depends where you live. My brother lives in San Antonio and his wife gets calls about 20 minutes into first period or at anytime during the day when a student is a no show. Sometimes they are just tardy (especially 1st period and 4th period ... after lunch) but ONCE his child skipped and he/wife knew within 15 minutes of attendance for that specific class. Nothing automated. A personal phone call. My niece was is deep poo over that.

Sometimes they are just tardy (especially 1st period and 4th period ... after lunch) but ONCE his child skipped and he/wife knew within 15 minutes of attendance for that specific class. Nothing automated. A personal phone call. My niece was is deep poo over that.

I wish they'd do that here in Beaumont, but I sincerely doubt it'd ever happen. They're too busy wasting money and doing whatever they can to avoid actually teaching children.

I know that, but I was talking about legal trouble...if LE was sending her some sort of message, as another poster suggested...not in trouble with parents.

I always think of Kyron when I hear of this type of situation. Why isn't there a Kyron's Law?

I don't think LE would say she wouldn't be in legal trouble, because if she did (even though the chances are slim) actually run away, she'd be in serious trouble. Think of all of the time and money spent looking for her.

There was a case near here several years back where two girls didn't come home from school. A few hours later, they texted someone saying a man in a white van had abducted them while they were walking home from school. They kept texting all the bad stuff that was happening to them. Well, the police followed the signal and found they were just hanging out with some guy. They were sent to juvenile detention and their families had to pay back the money for all the resources used to locate them.

Yep. Email sent to Sierra's mom, but she was at work and had no idea to check home email until later in the evening. Lot's of employees are forbidden from being on personal email by their employers. Sierra's mom did say she always called Sierra around 3:45pm (or so) and on the day Sierra went poof many calls made and no answer.

gngr~snap- Yep I looked at those.. screen capped.. zoomed and sharpened and I don't believe they are could definitely be wrong and I am certainly hoping that boots on the ground LE saw the cameras IMMEDIATELY AND WOULD HAVE THEIR FOOTAGE.. I SURE HOPE THEY WOULD..

Amen. Change comes from within. IF you are not happy with the way your school district works .... get involved. Run for school board. Go to school boards and make a ruckus. Get a petition going. Do something. JMO.

Well, it depends, I think. If she came home now, for instance, and did not make up a story about being abducted, as we have seen teens do in more than one case recently, and did not know there were massive searches, there might not be a legal price to pay. She does not have her phone, she may not have internet access, although she might get probation or something like that, she is not a habitual runaway or anything. I think if LE is not POSITIVE she was abducted, it is worth saying, IMO, that she would not be in trouble (if it is true.) No one wants to think she is out there and afraid to come back, due to the "hoopla" she caused. Again, JMO and probably not even relevant at this point...

I don't think LE is positive they are the clothes she had on...they are making an assumption based on a photo she took that did not show the entire shirt, as far as I know. But it still a good idea to be looking for clothes...in case this was a spare set, and anyway, no shoes or socks were found. JMO

I guess because IF those were her clothes in the bag (meaning not on her body), then she had on other clothes? I don't think the searchers/LE/Klaas Kids think she was nekked. JMO.

LE/Mom/etc. are not SURE what she had on that morning when she went poof because NO ONE saw her leave/had on ... mom and her boyfriend were at work and have alibis and so does her dad. They are not suspects or POI.

Oh yeah, it has to come from the people. No doubt about that. In the meantime, I make sure to get my child to and from school. I just worry about the many other kids whose parents can't/don't.

I still can't get over the school emailing Sierra's mom to tell her Sierra wasn't in school that day. They can't be bothered to call the parents when a student is absent?

Same here. When my older daughter was in h.s. (district over) we got an automated phone call mid morning. If I didn't answer it would go to my office number. I had to put that info down though, so who knows. Not sure what how that district works.

Its raining a lot here right now, has been all afternoon/evening.
