Does anyone recognize the graffiti written on the fence?

Has a LEO check into a possible gang influence on this disappearance?
Has it been ruled out? Does anyone know?

I am interested in what LE does not reveal in its pressers intentionally, and why.

1. Bag was tossed at intersection, but no clarification on which side of what road, or exactly where it was found. Would not say.

2. Clothing in bag, wet/urine or dry. No comment affirming any.

Sorry for the explicit, but I do wonder if the material is being tested for semen.

I think the reason why they don't do a tell all this early in the case is to rule out false leads. If someone comes forward with information that they know has not been released but is accurate they are going to follow that lead over one that can only state what has been released in the media. MOO
