Official: Sacramento shooting suspect seen on video with gun
Investigators believe the brothers possessed stolen guns and are working to review financial documents, call records and social media messages to determine how and when they procured weapons, the official said. A stolen handgun found at the crime scene had been converted to a weapon capable of automatic gunfire.

Dandrae Martin, who was held without bail, was freed from an Arizona prison in 2020 after serving just over 1 1/2 years for violating probation in separate cases involving a felony conviction for aggravated assault in 2016 and a conviction on a marijuana charge in 2018. Court records show he pleaded guilty to punching, kicking and choking a woman in a hotel room when she refused to work for him as a prostitute.

Dandrae Martin is no stranger to violence. JMO.

I wonder who shot Smiley. Accidental self-inflicted injury, one of the deceased, accidental crossfire by his brother, law enforcement? I guess there are a few possibilities.

It makes me really angry that he should still be in prison.

I'm guessing there are more miscreants still out on the loose who are involved in this shooting and may have shot SM.
“The investigation is highly complex involving many witnesses, videos of numerous types and significant physical evidence,” Schubert said in a statement. “This is an ongoing investigation and we anticipate more arrests in this case.”

Sacramento shooting: 3rd man arrested on gun charge, police say
Sacramento police have arrested a third man as part of their investigation into Sunday’s shooting that killed six people and wounded another 12, but officers said the suspect is not charged with crimes directly related to the shooting.

Daviyonne Dawson, 31, was arrested late Monday on charges of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

Looks like these convicted felons don't give a damn about gun laws. JMO.

Sacramento Shooting Suspect Smiley Martin Had Been Granted Early Release
The Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office tried to argue against Smiley’s release, saying in a letter to the parole board that he had “little regard for human life and the law.”
“He has no respect for others, for law enforcement or for the law. If he is released early, he will continue to break the law,” Deputy District Attorney Danielle Abilgaard wrote in a letter dated April 29, 2021.
Kudos to the Sacramento County DA's Office for doing it's best to protect the community from these miscreants. Shame on the parole board for unleashing murderous evil beings on our society. JMO.

Sacramento massacre was likely a shootout among rivals, not mass shooting, sources say

Sacramento massacre was likely a shootout among rivals, not mass shooting, sources say

….

I had to LOL at this headline.

As if oh no no no we don’t have mass shootings here, it’s just rivals having disagreements. Carry on.

Jmo

MSM has been fluffing up vocabulary to protect the criminal. It is noticeable to many.

From the above headline :
IMO, the words '......Shootout among rivals " is really creative writing for.....say it with me class:

'GANG WAR '

Carry on.......

Cannot like this post or agree with it nearly enough.

Here in Los Angeles armed teenaged street robbers were released time and again to continue their terroristic attacks. It's all over the news now.
The criminal-loving D.A. claims not to know what was happening. He's the justified target of a voter recall. An absolute disaster.

Over and over again. Innocent people killed by formally jailed, now released.
Hubby and I live in California. I truly worry about my husband's safety as he closes our restaurant most nights. The Crime rating for our area in San Diego, California is and has been an F.
We've now purchased a property in a lovely area in Florida. Not in a crime area.
We're in escrow to sell our restaurant and will be beating it out of California as soon as possible.
I think it would be interesting to find an area in California that doesn't have an F rating for crime. Maybe, where the Kardashian clan live?
In my opinion, soft on crime, is a very bad idea.

Danville is a lovely town in the SF Bay area, about 20 miles inland. Voted the Safest City in America recently. The only problem is, it's so lovely that housing costs are very high.

''SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Editor's Note: A previous version of this story said Daviyonne Dawson was a third arrest in the downtown shooting. This story has been updated to reflect that Dawson is not charged with crimes directly related to the shooting. We regret the error.

The Sacramento Police Department told ABC10 they believe Dandrae Martin was one of the shooters in the downtown mass shooting. The shooting happened along Sacramento's K Street Sunday morning and left six people dead and 12 injured.''

''Videos sent to ABC10 by viewers appear to show one of the victims, Joshua Hoye-Lucchesi, with Dandrae and Smiley Martin just hours before the shooting.

The video appears to show Hoye-Lucchesi and Smiley Martin dancing and waving guns on Facebook. Based on a time stamp on the video, ABC10 believes this was recorded the night of the shooting.''

''The Sacramento County coroner identified the women killed as Johntaya Alexander, 21; Melinda Davis, 57; and Yamile Martinez-Andrade, 21. The three men were Sergio Harris, 38; Joshua Hoye-Lucchesi, 32; and De’vazia Turner, 29.''
