Since nobody has found Susan (although there are no current searches), I wonder if Susan is Not in Roseville, and had not been in Roseville since the last time her family (other than her husband) talked to her.
I don't feel Susan drove herself to the parking lot.
I feel the perp dropped off her car in the parking lot, then walked away, throwing
her wallet on the sidewalk, without the cash and credit cards.
The perp did not need to use her credit cards. That's why they have not been used.
The perp did not want her car stolen, that's why the car keys were taken.
The car Had to be found in the parking lot and the wallet Had to be found where it was,
so that it corroborates with the rest of the story.
Alibis were made.
What was Susan doing on Monday and Tuesday Before it was made public that she was missing on Wednesday?
Was Susan out of town on Monday or Tuesday??
IMOO.

Great questions and points, as always, Treelights. To me, a key investigative question remains: who was the last person - other than her husband - to speak with her and what time did it occur (and can that be verified). If it was a day or two or three prior to her being reported as missing, then who is to say where she might be? I can drive to Medford, OR in 5 hours from Roseville - I can drive to Bakersfield and the Mojave Desert area in about 5 hours from Roseville - I can drive to Nowhere, Nevada in 5 hours from Roseville.... Just saying - it matters when she was last seen/heard by someone other than husband. I've got to imagine that LE has either confirmed this or is spending time trying to determine this...

Also, I want to add that logically it makes more sense that Susan would do her grocery shopping LAST, even if she didn't buy refrigerated items, because the grocery store is in her neighborhood, so that would make sense that she would go there, then go home, Not go there first then run other errands and have other things to "catch up on", then go home.
The sequences don't add up.....

I, too, would really like to see a verified sighting of Susan... Aside from husband...

As you all have said... We really don't know when she actually "went missing"...

and grocery shopping would most likely be the last of the stops for her "usual" errands...

I could see stopping at that shopping center first if she were to get coffee/drink at Starbucks... But it has been reported that she does not frequent Starbucks...

I sure hope the Roseville P.D. are keeping a close eye on the county recorders office for any recent filings.

^filings? like what?

i wonder why kjac left... i hate to question it, but i wonder if he is suspicious of his dad? a boy will turn the earth upside down to protect momma, while a girl would never suspect her daddy, given normal, healthy relationships...

°sigh° This is one of those cases that just jumped on me..

I guess this thread is up and running now? You were able to post, but a moderator said that the post that I made previously would be gone as well as the fact the moderator used my name Treelights to post under saying that that will also disappear once the new thread is going.........but their comment is still posted about repairing the thread......

Apparently so? I'm confused about that too, but it's been fine for me ever since I last posted.

It's a shame a reporter doesn't get on this story and stay on it. It's the oddest thing that people in that area seem to think there's no story here. I have thought from day one that this whole thing was made to look like she was abducted, when she wasn't. I wonder what happened to the ladies who were putting up posters in the town.

Yes... I kind of wish the twins... TS and JC... Would join here on WS...

We could give them support and ideas for their efforts in finding Susan!

:please:

I think its pretty hard to keep strangers or neighbors interested if her family isn't!

You mention that you thought from day one that this whole thing was made to look like Susan was abducted. What are your thoughts on that, as in do you feel 1.Susan disappeared herself, or 2. do you feel there was a perp, but staged it to look like an abduction? You did not say that you felt a perp abducted her.
That would be the third scenario....

That is true, although, here on Websleuths we are strangers and we are interested, but that's just who we are as a collective group, because we care about many many missing people.
But I do understand your point, because the family is Key in getting the word out, even if it is difficult for them, either emotionally or physically, that they can't just post posters just anywhere, but church organizations I bet would be glad to help, senior citizen centers perhaps, even maybe contacting AARP, as Susan is in the proper age group, and certainly the Internet will reach MANY people. But little is done. It is sad. There are MANY Avenues the family can take. It is a SHAME that they choose not to. To me they have a choice and they choose not to. Pity!! Getting Susan out in the public eye can help find her. Maybe they don't want her to be found. Actions (lack of) do speak louder than words!

Right, I see that we are able to post, but it sure is confusing to me. I keep thinking any minute now all of our posts are going to disappear, but since we have been able to post I guess this thread is fixed. Believe me I was Shocked when I posted, only to see my post replaced with the administrator/moderator's comment, which is Still there!!! even though the admin said that it would disappear. But hey I am thrilled that we have a thread for Susan and that we can post our thoughts on her behalf and come together for the sake of Susan. :)

Here on websleuths we are strangers yes but this is a forum many of us frequent every day and evening of our lives. I do know that if many of us lived closer we would be making a stink about this but................this is the difference we are interested in these missing persons and we want them found...we read here every day looking for something anything new on this poor woman but in the outside life beyond this computer screen there seems to be nothing....and that is up to her family to provide some passion to help find this missing wife, mother and grandmother....

What I find sad is she had no friends no outside life beyond home and grocery shopping....I think once she retired he life changed drastically..

I feel very bad for this woman!
I don't feel anything for her family!

Is the disposal of community property soon after a person goes missing suspicious?

  • #158
Im beginning to think she walked off and committed suicide!

But where would she be? In the beginning the police and police dogs searched the golf course, where she was not found.
Do you think she is in the area, like where Kjac22 said that this lady and her dogs (not the same dogs), found her scent near the aquatics center? Do you think she is there, but hasn't been found yet?
Do you think she took a city bus and went somewhere else?
Why not leave a suicide note? Why leave it to look like she was abducted? Why tell her husband where she was going to be, when nobody found her there, yet the police found her car?
It doesn't sound like she walked away to me, of her own volition.

I remember the Georgia mom Kristie cornwell went missing she was out for a walk and talking to her Bf on the phone she was taken while she was out there walking and the BF heard it. Well they searched for her and searched for her and a year later she was found........very very close from where she went missing..... so yes things are missed or the exact area not looked over but she was there the entire time.
