Especially since the composite didn't appear to match. However, side by side, I feel there is enough resemblance to follow up. Btw, the tip of the nose is what I first saw as a match. But who knows? I will let everyone know if LE calls me back.

I think the sketch looks like he is trying to cover his ears on purpose. The hair just looks awkward combed that way, and there could be some sideburn hair involved just in front of the ears.

Also, the goatee looks thin, as if it has only been growing that way for a week or 10 days. The nose might look blushed or swollen if he had been drinking or if california gives him allergy problems.

Could be CAS. I think he is addicted to sex, and when he feels the need to act out he doesn't care who or how, as long as they are defenseless and convenient. It is hard to molest kids you know when you are on the run from the law like he is. Gotta be a stranger.

I remember another case a few years back in which the victim was purposely run in to while riding her bike. Relatives looking for her found the bike in the road with paint from the vehicle that struck her on it. The girl was already gone, I don't remember if they found her alive, but I think they eventually caught the perp.

The way they let perverts out of prison left and right, the the guy could be out by now.

Anyone else know who I'm talking about? Can't remember the details.

I think that we all need to keep in mind that different artists have different levels of skill. Rarely will you see a composite sketch that matches the perp spot on. That being said-I still need a little more convincing before I agree that it could be Stiles

San Jose police have made an arrest in the kidnapping and attempted sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl, Sgt. Nick Muyo said Thursday.

Police released few details, except to say the suspect was taken into custody late Wednesday night.

I got that from this story, apparently updated since it was last linked? So it wasn't Chester Stiles. That means Chester Stiles is still out there.

Does it really surprise you? With so many parents making excuse after excuse for their children when they commit a criime, it really leaves no doubt why the kiddies do such horrible things. I imagine the mom and dad have been rationalizing for him for years.
