CA CA - Sutter Co. Unidentified Victims of Juan Corona (1971)

I was reading about the serial killer Juan V. Corona, who was responsible for at least 25 murders in Yuba City, CA in 1971, and it appears as though 4 of his victims are still John Does.

However, I can't find these Does listed anywhere - not on NamUs, Doe, or the Sutter CO. UID site, which only has 1 Doe from 2008.

Anyone familiar with these cases or know if they've been resolved?

I often wonder since this is such a high-profile case, why with the DNA advancements we have today, that the 4 John Does that are buried in the Sutter Cemetary have not been exhumed and identified. The prosecutor actually removed the fingertips from the victims to use for shock value in the trial. Literally had them in a baggie...
