GUILTY CA - Tobias Summers for kidnapping, rape of 10yo girl, Northridge, 2013 #1

Our primary suspect was in the CVSP (Chuckawalia Valley State Prison) adult school commencement ceremony on November 3, 2011:

the latest picture of Summers in 2013 looks very different than all the others. he looks gaunt and older. like what crack does to people. It's one of the above links but I just looked at them again and disn't see it this time.

These two 'men'--did either one of them work in any type of construction/home repair company? How else did they find & target this victim?

It's curious to me that LE first said two men, one ~18 years old, and then backed off and said one man (named) and now has arrested a DIFFERENT man and is still on the lookout for the previously named main suspect. It makes me think that our brave little victim gave some pretty specific details *and* they had some matching forensics from previous crime(s) and LE has been pretty canny with managing the info that gets out.

But one thing that really concerns me--the arrest histories of these two don't seem to immediately point to a kidnapping/sexual assault type of crime (if that's what happened, and I don't want to make assumptions but $1 million bail kind of leads me there, ) so I am thinking this isn't their first foray into this type of crime.

Hard to know. TS did get a vocational certificate of some sort at the CVSP commencement ceremony in 2011. He lists two different vocational/tech schools on two social media sites, but no mention of job or work. Lived at home with his mom for awhile, and from MSM (neighbor interviews) I get the impression his primary occupation more likely involved 'freelancing' out in the back alley.

This guy lives in West Hills which is 10.6 miles from Northridge. So what was he doing so close to the little girls home in Northridge when he was arrested? :furious:

The borders of Northridge and West Hills are not that far apart. People routinely travel between these two neighborhoods. Plus, West Hills is mostly residential while Northridge has shopping and eating places, so it would not be uncommon for anyone in the Valley to drive to Northridge. And, he was arrested two miles away from her house in a completely different neighborhood (not the best part of town).
I'm not making any excuses for him, mind you...the dude shouldn't be anywhere other than jail for the rest of his life!

I am SO thankful they did, but I still can't see a reason why these 2 would drop this girl off at the hospital? That is really puzzling me.

I haven't been able to find any pics of DM. I found one FB page with a guy with many MANY tattoos in the area, but I won't link until we see pics. Not sure if this is DM's shadow here? Probably doesn't help much.

Just noticed this...

But the tattoo of the female on TS's arm looks like her hands are behind her back...

Is she tethered/in handcuffs/etc.?

Some kind of bondage?

Is that why the LE has been making this tattoo a prominent ID mark?

Just a thought...

Both with records --- DNA in data base. I would imagine they either did time together or were running buddies when doing drugs.

Thank God for one arrest. And it wasn't even the one they sent out pics and a name to , so I wonder how they knew about him or did they all along and just not say ? Sneaky LE nice work !
