LAPD has 40 detectives working 24 hours/day trying to find Northridge kidnapping suspect Summers. They ask anyone seeing him to call 911.

Battery arrest in past that includes child annoying.

No info that he knew the girl or family or vice versa. He's the only suspect they are seeking. Not releasing vehicle(s) info at this time. Battery 2009 arrest, also lengthy history of arrests for dealing with explosives, and burglary; not registered sex offender that they are aware of.
