GUILTY CA - Tobias Summers for kidnapping, rape of 10yo girl, Northridge, 2013 #1

Odd...Summers' VK page says he was born in 1988. But his MySpace page says he graduated from Canoga Park High in 2001. It doesn't add up.

i'm seeing a few women with red hair in his FB pics... i wonder if he had a relationship with someone that had red hair and it went sour? maybe that's why he zeroed in on our sweet girl?

now i see why the gang unit was called in... he does come off as someone affiliated with gangs (non-white gangs)

eta: i think his mom had red hair. it's much lighter now, though. i feel so sad for her right now. she must be devastated.

wouldn't be the first time that happened tho.. if he's led a pretty reckless lifestyle, i wouldn't put it past him to become a father at such a young age either. he may have had some other sexual "experiences" as a kid that may have fueled his rebellious ways as well as the drive to carry out the acts he did with sweet girl. (ughhhh)

could it be that they just want to get Tobias first, then find the second perp from him?? unless they already know who the other person is? even if it's a minor, wouldn't they have some sort of punishment to face??

im so glad the suspect has been named... hopefully it doesn't take him long to be found!

Interesting that Summers is the only one they are looking for right now considering there are likely 2 perps.
Is it possible that the other perp is already in jail because he turned himself in and gave Summers name? Or has been arrested on some other charge and they are waiting for additional evidence to charge him for this kidnapping?

same guy. he looks happy, friendly, social etc. tilts his head to the left indicating a romantic/creative/introvert. seems to be around kids alot.
Maybe he got started on crack? got in with Juggalos?

There's no way IMOO that he just started raping/ abusing little girls.:furious:

This article states that he has several previous arrests and one of them is for kidnapping. Wonder what the details of that kidnapping are.

I wonder if the kidnapping, battery and child annoyance were all offenses committed on the same date? It would be similiar to what he did to this little girl.
