1.) Am I correct that Tobias is 30 years old... <modsnip>

2.). I noticed, too, that there are females in his pictures on various social media sites that have red hair... does anyone think his hair looks red in the above, younger shot of him? :dunno:

3.). I looked up "Child Annoyance"...Justia.com...

In short... Child Annoyance is where defendant has engaged in conduct towards child(under 18 years old) that a normal person would be disturbed, irritated, offended, or injured... and the act was motivated by unnatural or abnormal sexual interest in the child.

I noticed the red hair theme...and yes, that he may have had red hair as a child, or it could be faded color photos...hard to tell.

And I have never heard of child annoyance before...thank you for finding that.

I think there is no way drugs or alcohol can cause a person to abduct and abuse a child unless that person had it in them to begin with.
