I think if TS has his hair cut, he could look much younger to a 10yo. JMO

While listening to scanner, Twitter post came through about arrest. I'm thinking now (based on comments, lol) that the 'breaking news' Twitter post was not about the scanner action (foot chase of male, white, shirtless, tattooed kidnapping suspect with colorful baseball cap)-- but was an earlier arrest that news is just now twitting about.
