Pretty sure there are some gang signs going on in this photo of TS (long hair/mask) and friends.

I've heard that many white prison members join the Aryan brotherhood gang while in prison for protection reasons. Doubt TS actually holds to the white-supremacist philosophy, though, as his own immediate family is proudly multi-cultural.

also - maybe he knows some guys from when he was in prison that have since been deported? maybe he'll meet up with them for help. it really wouldn't surprise me. there have been so many deportations lately.

Oh my goodness. The article says this is all from legal documents.

The unusual genital tattoo and one on his buttocks may have assisted police in identifying Summers from the description provided by the victim.

The police file -- shared with KFI this week -- shows Summers has lived in several drug rehab centers around L.A., most recently in Hollywood following his release from prison on August 4, 2012.

The documents show Summers was married to a woman who lived in Tarzana in 2008, and sometimes lived with his mother, father, and brother in the West San Fernando Valley.

Mexico on high alert for suspect in rape, kidnapping of L.A. girl

Mexican authorities confirmed they were assisting LAPD and searched a home in Tijuana on Tuesday but said leads on Summers’ whereabouts remained slim.

Alfredo Arenas, commander of the Baja California state police fugitive squad, said Mexican authorities are in daily contact with LAPD officials. The suspect’s image appears in a “wanted” poster distributed by the Tijuana Police Department, and police have been alerted in the Baja California cities of Tijuana, Tecate, Ensenada and Rosarito Beach.

“We want to find the guy before he rapes a Mexican kid,” Arenas said. “We’re thinking that he did cross the border and he is on our side of the fence, but we don’t know exactly where.”
