I do believe Lisa Sprague is UP4389, but I haven't found a way to submit her as the place I submitted to wanted me to call them but I don't think it's possible and I'm not comfortable with it. Does anyone know how?

If Lisa is UP4389, that could mean UP4388 was abducted from the Ventura area. Only think different is age, which is off by a single year.
