Lompoc police looking for at-risk missing mother and 3 children

33-year-old Veronica Alberto Guzman, 11-year-old Noelia Guzman, 9-year-old Mia Avelina Guzman and 3-year-old Emily Guzman were last seen around 5:30 a.m. Saturday morning. They say the mother and three daughters left their home between that time and 11:30 a.m.
