The decedent was an approximately 25-35 year old unidentified male with an unknown marital or residential status. On 11/26/2020, a tenant at a neighboring apartment complex walked to the edge of the property line and saw the unresponsive decedent hanged by a ligature from a tree upon the property of Allen Auto Repair in the city of Vista. The tenant called 9-1-1 and awaited the arrival of law enforcement and fire personnel. Upon their arrival, fire personnel forced entry onto the property prior to contacting the unresponsive decedent and confirming death without performing any medical interventions due to postmortem changes.
