I would never park in someone else's driveway until asked to pull into it for some reason such as to load a Craigslist item..which I have done....with permission. And I've lived in California and other places since. That car backing into Will's driveway was nefarious no matter how you look at it. Either Will got loaded into that car against his will alive or dead or he put himself into that car on purpose. I'm betting the first option. If it's the second option then shame on him. How could he see his wife and her obvious emotions and fear during that press conference and not let her know he is ok and just wanted out. That would be a hard one to deal with.

It's funny how what is considered routine with some isn't with others.

Yes, I do believe that William was placed in that suv sadly. I also believe against his will.

Something I can't figure out...

It has been stated that will had company and watched golf.
Why is there no mention of his visitor arriving earlier in the day and then leaving?
The only vehicle mentioned is the SUV that arrived at 5:06 and stayed for a few minute.
What would be the big deal if LE said that Will had company and they saw the car coming and going?
We know he was alive until the last phone call that Linda made. If a car came and went before then, what is the deal?

For nearly 15 years I lived on a street where visitors could not park on the street and, therefore, had to park in my driveway. Off the top of my head I can think of at least a half dozen family members with the same situation at their home. And in more rural settings, where a home sits far away from the road, it is necessary to park in the driveway since the walk from the street (where one most likely couldn't park anyway) would take several minutes to reach the house.

Agree. There must be way more to this case than we are being told. Because based on what we think we know, it isn't that hard to come up with a scenario. Maybe what we think we know isn't what actually happened ? Otherwise I would have thought there would have been an arrest. jmo

I'm sorry to hear that. I don't understand why as long as you are not revealing info that might compromise the investigation or inferring a particular person was involved. Thank you for your efforts!

The driveway only rule must not be in place in Will's neighborhood because his own truck is parked in the street. In the video there is another car in his driveway and the SUV must have parked where his wife parks when she returns home in the evening.

Rural areas are different. I was referring to subdivision type areas where most driveways only accommodate a couple of cars and usually are full with just the homeowners cars.

If someone was visiting they'd park on the street unless they were very familiar with the home dwellers. That's just normal courtesy, since most people have "space issues" and a driveway is an extension on the home. Therfore, a personal area.

The SUV parked quickly and without hesitation. There was no pause where the driver contemplated where to park. That vehicle was in a hurry, and before arriving the driver knew they needed to park there to accomplish their intent the fastest, easiest way possible.

Didn't a neighbor say that it was a vehicle they recognized as belonging to a family member ? They said something like " the driver parked on the family's lot " or words to that effect.

Going back and re-reading many of the posts, I can understand why TMS possibly would be asked to stop posting. It is not for any bad reason, but it makes me bit cautious about what my thoughts are on this case

Either what was recorded was a little iffy or perhaps the camera recording was limited, alibis, etc...

One of the reasons I hate when someone turns around in a driveway. The person think they are having company and someone is just turning around.
Don't get me started with yard sale people parking when we have a community yard sale. I still will go with different depending on where you live. Interesting to learn how it is done and where.

Either way that SUV was quick to back in and then leave.

Just wanted to add perhaps if the video is clipped then we may not see William walking out to the SUV...willfully or not.(Someone had possibly threatened him with a gun)

I do believe it was said they recognized the vehicle as belonging to a family member or one similar to a family member in an earlier post/link.
I will see if I can find it.

ETA I did find this from a previous link

Video from a neighbor’s security camera shows no sign of Cierzan. However, the footage did show a white-colored SUV backing up to the garage in the early evening. The video shows the SUV leaving minutes later. At the news conference, detectives said the truck belongs to a family member, but did not specify who. It’s unclear if the driver of the SUV was Cierzan’s nephew.

Most older neighborhoods don't have to deal with an hoa. We don't have a driveway only rule but preferred.
It seems when people park on the street for a party, etc.. they park on both sides.
