So backing in to that driveway could be a normal thing. sigh.

I think it could be a normal thing.. but it certainly was a short visit

Dang, just thinking my husband just left for work. I can tell you what he was wearing this a.m. because it is Friday, so RED shirt. Any other day this week...I wouldn't be able to say much more than dress pants, dress shirt.

But would you know what he was wearing if you spent most of the day with him, as WC's nephew allegedly did ?

I would know for sure what a person was wearing after spending time with them.
There is no doubt about that

RSBM

Well of course the nephew should know what WC was wearing-- at least the general color and style of clothing... (i.e., denim jeans, sweatpants, T-shirt, etc.,)
I am curious about this nephew. Imo -- he has not been very forthcoming.

It all depends. I would know jeans and prob the shirt unless he had changed if working in the yard.
I could get jeans and a t-shirt. I may be a bad wife. Oooh....Football Sunday, I would know!

Unfortunately not a person of interest.

As a retired military spouse I feel for William's wife. It is a big difference from having your husband beside you every night to not...at least I knew where my hubby was.

What?! Do you mean technically? Or, when did he become a person of non interest?

I don't think LE has named anyone as a POI
Nor have they told us that someone has been cleared, as in, not a suspect

AFAIK, JMO

Not necessarily. LE has not cleared anyone. In general until cleared all persons known to the victim are considered to be under the umbrella of suspicion. Some more than others. LE is very careful nowdays not to say much one way or the other.

There was something said in reference to the nephew on one of the posts. I think one I recently reposted. Will go look. Found and posted below.

The word or words used was not considered a suspect.
So indeed he could still be a person of interest.

Snipped from link below:
Officials said the car may belong to Cierzan's nephew, who has given a statement to authorities but is not considered a suspect

Unless I hear the statement come out of LE's mouth, I will take what the media reports with a grain of salt. There have been a few discrepancies with what was stated at the press conference vs what is reported in news articles. Respectfully just sayin.

Yes, I agree there has been a lot of different details between msm especially on this case. It still is a source that we are able to use for info.

I still wanted to show that I didn't make up and hopefully had not imagined the info. I remember reading.

Well I did have to find it to make sure I wasn't crazy. ; ) I also don't believe everything I read...especially with the misinformation given in this case since the beginning. I can't imagine how William's wife, Linda is feeling.

Unfortunately, posts get deleted by mods making it impossible to go back and find something you're certain was once there. You're not in crazytown. ;)

Has suicide been considered?

I've been thinking a lot about the timeline, AND the mention of a mysterious driver back from the beginning. Not being able to see the rest of the video (the part between 5:06 and 5:12 as well as a larger view of the area) makes it impossible for us armchair sleuthers to know anything more, but LE does.

William spoke to his wife about 5:00. At 5:06 a familiar SUV quickly backs up the driveway and parks, then leaves 6 minutes later at 5:12. Whatever happened occurred inside those 12 minutes.

Who in here thinks someone was in the house, called a friend to come over and they took William (alive) for some reason? Maybe they injured him, cleaned up quickly, then walked or carried him out and stuffed him in the auto. Whatever happened, someone had sense to turn off the oven (if it was off, do we know?), yet no one thought to make sure he had his wallet.

Very early on, I believe LE said the nephew " had provided a statement and was co-operating" with them. In the last presser, LE only said the nephew " had provided a statement". My best guess is that the nephew might well have hired an attorney, and that is his right to do so. The case looks to be stalled. Wonder if anyone has been asked to take a poly, and also, wish that cadaver dogs could be taken to the house, and especially the garage, and the area where blood was found... jmo

Other than the phone calls to his wife, we have never heard who WC spoke to via cell that day. Would really like to know that. jmo
