Hi Everyone! I am a first time poster. Santa Clarita is my home town so I am very attached to this case. There are a couple things I wonder about..it was said in the signal that LE was not sponsoring the search. This coupled with the fact that they wont tell the public what he was last seen wearing makes me believe they know where he is or what happened to him. Santa Clarita prides itself on being a safe place to live and it seems it would be almost bad PR for them to not assist in the search. JMO (again I am a first time poster if I have broken any rules here please be patient with me)

This whole case is curious.
As of Feb 24th, it was still considered a missing persons case according to a report up thread.
It is strange that no description of clothing was given.
I don't have any answers... just lots of questions

According to the video time stamp, the car was only there for 5 minutes ? 5 minutes versus 15 minutes...what do we think was done in that 5 minute interval ? I would speculate that the driver of the vehicle forgot something. And knew he had to go back to the house and retrieve it. Wouldn't LE have seen the driver when he was leaving the house ?

I know, I have asked myself that as well.
The amount of time that the driver was there didn't allow for much to happen
But why was that the only time (TWKO) that the vehicle was seen there that day?
Shouldn't it have been seen earlier? Coming and Going?

Is there more video that does show the driver?

When someone asked about what he was wearing that day? How would anyone really know? I mean,
I couldn't tell anyone what my husband wore to work this morning. Or yesterday. Or what he changed into after he got home from work.

I'm normally pretty observant but unless I know I need to recall something, I usually don't. In other words, I don't find it strange that no one has said what he was wearing because they probably don't recall.

To me, I would think his nephew would have some idea.. jeans, black pants etc. as they spent time watching golf JMO

Since the nephew was with him shortly before he disappeared he may not remember specifics but could probably say if he was wearing pants or shorts...details like that. I just feel that the lack of desperation...IE searching only after a month, LE not participating in search and only one News conference etc. can possibly taken as a clue that for whatever reason there is a big and important piece of information that cant be released.

Something that has bothered me
is : was his wife supposed to be home by 5:00? He last spoke to her at 4:00. She didn't get home until 7:00. I do recall her saying she tried to call at 6:00 but wasn't able to reach him.

I'm not saying anything is nefarious here but I'd be a little honked if I was making dinner for my spouse expecting him at a certain hour only to have him arrive 2 hours late.

Maybe...the first was to tell him she was working over and then the second to say on her way.
If me I would text vs call. Maybe...they didn't have text or don't text??

I do remember reading the wife didn't know the nephew was there that day. Then how did she or LE find out since no one was seen entering or exiting?

Some good sleuthing here at WS. Better than the media articles... of which not much can be gleaned.

Can't believe we don't know who the person/vehicle was that drove up for a short time that day. Seems like a big clue there !

Hi. We are actively searching for Will everyday.

There is a lot of info that's not been formally released that connects some of the dots you all have wondered about.

However, our focus is on finding Will so that his family can have closure.

If you are available to help search please let us know. We have a strict vetting process.

Thank you. Here's to hoping we find him soon.

I too am one of the guests that just registered for an account. I live just up the street and also see Will's truck every day when leaving the neighborhood. Hard to imagine that over a month has gone by and still nothing. I am out riding in the local hills frequently, I've been keeping my eyes peeled for anything suspicious.

I imagine every time you pass that truck it brings to mind what has happened

Yeah, it does. He had been gone for two weeks before I even knew about it, and after reading about it in The Signal; a google search brought me to here. Been reading the thread for a couple weeks now hoping to hear some good news.

I haven't seen a FB page made for finding Will, if anyone knows a page dedicated to finding him can they post it here?

I thought I read somewhere that she had to work late (which is why she called him) but can't find the link now...

This article has a good summary of all we know:

http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/...zan-missing-santa-clarita-20170202-story.html

And this one with LE's perspective. Let's not insult them by claiming they are doing nothing. IMO they are investigating from a different direction and allowing the public searches to continue as LE sponsoring SARs requires some lead on where to go (they can't just aimlessly search as the resources are limited). Thanks to MadScientist and Findingwill for all you are doing to find him.

FindingWill's post leaves a bit of hope. Or one I'd like to think is possible. "We hope to find him soon". I hope it means to find him alive and well.

I have presumed the worst.... That someone has done him harm. But maybe there is more about Will we don't know. That the family doesn't wish to reveal. Some of the families'
statements about him have made me wonder that his disappearance
involves no one but Will himself.

I can not disagree with you as I have seen it here before.
I have been firmly on the side of something happened involving someone else but I do venture over to the other side from time to time. I have experienced silence before in missing person cases. Sometimes it is because more is known than is given to the public. Sometimes it is to protect the character of the MP
LE has been very tight lipped , family hasn't said much

I would love to read that he has been found safe
