They watched the home surveillance video shot by their neighbor across the street which recorded all movement at the front of the Cierzan house on Thursday.

“The video shows he never left the house,” Peck said. “No friends drove up. No one came to the door.

I wonder if this includes the nephew? was he seen entering the home and leaving?

Im even further convinced that the suv arriving is how WC got out if the house. why take the time to back in if your only staying a few minutes.

If the garage was not open there is a walkway on the left side of the house that appears to lead to the backyard and quite blocked from view by a tree. with a car parked in the driveway it would be difficult to see someone coming from that area. Especially with the footage being so grainy according to LE.

So do we think whatever happened , happened between 5 and 5:06?
5 pm , Will takes a call from Linda
5:06 pm the SUV backs in for several minutes and leaves
I am getting a headache!

Heres my take. The nephew parked behind his uncle's truck as that is where WC parks. Instead of using the front door, he goes round to the back which (speculation) is where his uncle will be watching TV and the door will be unlocked. Therefore he is off camera the whole time.

The dog? WC probably lets him out back to do his business. No need to leash him up and walk him.

The nephew may have left at 5:00 via the backway and used Will's driveway to turn around in. Why he spent 7 minutes there? Who knows. We are unable to see that. Could be as simple as he got a text and needed to respond and sitting in the driveway was the best place to do that.

I don't really see anything terribly nefarious except that Will is missing and people think the nephew did something to him.

Maybe the nephew is telling the truth about WC. I really don't know.
But maybe WC had reasons of his own to take off. Unless police have some evidence of wrong doing, maybe they should be checking homeless shelters.

Yes, I believe, if there was a crime, it had already taken place and the suv arrived to move the body or if no crime took place then when the suv arrived WC got in and left.

If there WC was harmed inside the home, it does not necessarily mean he was killed, he may have been able to walk, making it easier to get him into the car. He was not a large man though so alive or not it may have been easy to move him.

Based on what has been stated, I would say that whatever happened, took place between 5pm and 6pm, when WC's wife called and got no reply. I think people came and went from the back of the house that day. They were never seen on camera.

Some questions: was WC taking any kind of meds for any condition ? Did he have any financial issues, owe anyone money ?

Unless, the crime had already been committed, which would indicate nephew or WC left voluntarily but did not want anyone knowing.

I wish we knew if the surveillance showed newphew coming and leaving, did he drive a car or not.

Obviously we dont know enough but it seems so strange the suv would be there for such a short time.
We have been alerted to 2 different times the SUV left so we have 2 different lengths of the SUV being there.
I agree with Dushi, headache oncoming.

I just read something in the last day or two that said he was healthy (no link ATM)
I haven't seen anything about their financial situation

And blood stains
I listened to the pc again and from what I can gather, Will's wife's last phone call to Will was at 4:00pm when he told her he was cooking for her.

When she arrived home at 7:00 and Will was not there but his car, keys and wallet were, she became concerned so she made a report with local LE. They came to the house and "found some apparent bloodstains." (It was tested and it was determined to be blood.) Whose they do not know. They were trying to come up with a scenario how it got there. They will call in a bloodhound if they can determine
a better idea where he was.

Anyway, the police timeline for Will's disappearance is from 4 to 7. Is is 4 because that is when she last called. The detective didn't say much about the nephew other than the car on the videotape looked like his. They did get a statement from the nephew but that's all he'd say. He said he did not wish to point a finger at anyone as they don't have a crime.

The wife stated she didn't know the nephew had been over that day but she did say that he'd been over many times before.

So according to the pc and once again her last call was at 4:00pm and she returned home at 7:00. That is the timeline they are using for when Will disappeared.

It was difficult to hear all the questions that were asked. It would be great to get a typed document of the pc, but because I missed some questions, I'm not sure I'm the best one to do it.

A neighbor said the SUV was there for about 15 minutes. But the surveillance video has a time stamp of only 5 minutes that the car was there. Unless the neighbor was watching intently, I would go with the 5 minutes shown on the surveillance. jmo though.

Thanks
I need to go back and listen to that PC again

That widens the timeline significantly
Something could have happened shortly after four, allowing almost an hour before the SUV was spotted on camera

That explains that time difference. Just so many in this case.

This is possible but highly unlikely. At the back of the house is a large open field, no cover and a huge fence around WC's property. Its located on a large pretty busy street. I dont see how they would have gotten WC out with no one seeing.

Two different times but both indicate a time the suv stayed was around 10-15 min. Unless there is a time period Im not aware of?

So only 5 minutes? That is a very short time period. Is there any information on whether someone got out of the car or not? Everything Ive read makes it seem like the car just sat there before driving away, and no one got out or in.

The person speaking for the family or was in the beginning before it quieted down...last name Peck. Did I read she is Will's sister and mother to the nephew?
I had a link to verify if this was so but I haven't found it yet.

Here she talks about son, WC's nephew.

Nevertheless, the family originally stated that no one went the front door, based on the video surveillance. But, we were told that the nephew went there that day. That chain link fence at the back ? Not hard to get over. And as to getting WC out, we just don't really know what went down. jmo

since the garage door is not visible on the video WC could have left thru it. i find it irresponsible for LE to basically report no one left the residence.
