Thanks! finally found this and was still a little unsure...

Cierzan’s sister told KCAL9 by phone her son did not indicate that there were any signs of trouble prior to Will’s disappearance.

“He (the nephew) said everything looked fine, everything was fine,” Will Cierzan’s sister, Andrea Peck, said. “I asked that question. You know, did he have a headache? Was he not feeling good? Was he acting like, did you guys get into any kind of argument. We went through all that. And it was kind of like, no, nothing.”

So only 5 minutes? That is a very short time period. Is there any information on whether someone got out of the car or not? Everything Ive read makes it seem like the car just sat there before driving away, and no one got out or in.

LE has not said anything about anyone getting out of the vehicle, or opening the garage door, or carrying anything out. I believe they said "no comment" when asked about the blood stain analysis, and the video enhancement/ jmo

My understanding is Andrea Peck is not the mother of the nephew
The nephew has the same last name as Will

This old link has a photo of the front of the house.
Lots of shrubbery, etc...

I don't know
But the only way Nephew would be a Cierzan would be if his father was Wills brother or she had him out of wedlock ( if we are talking brother or sister)

If WC was murdered what was the motive ? Have wondered if WC and his visitor(s) got high that afternoon ? And something went sideways ? I know, we have never heard about such a thing in this case, but drugs are everywhere. jmo

Nevertheless, the family originally stated that no one went the front door, based on the video surveillance. But, we were told that the nephew went there that day. That chain link fence at the back ? Not hard to get over. And as to getting WC out, we just don't really know what went down. jmo
The chain link fence is just one fence that goes around the empty field. Another stone fence with wood slatting that makes the stone fence even higher surrounds WC's property. Im not sure how anyone woukd get over that without a ladder.

since the garage door is not visible on the video WC could have left thru it. i find it irresponsible for LE to basically report no one left the residence.
The garage door isn't visible on the video? Is it taken from the side? In that case anyone could have come or gone without being on footage. How do you know the garage isnt visible on the tape?

Oh, do you have a link that explains this? Unless Peck is her married name and not the nephews father.

We have a very small house. But there are 5 ways to walk out of it, not counting windows.
Front door, garage door, back door of garage, sliding door to back patio, sliding door from master bedroom to back patio.

I am sure there are a few ways out of Will's home as well.

Yes I am sure as well.
But after you get out of the house, you have to leave the yard by the front, (which is visible to the camera), or the back, which has the fences.
I have never seen photos of the side s of the house

When WC first went missing, we discussed here a post on social media, by a woman who said that she grew up in WC's house. She motioned that she and her friends would scale the wall in back of the house, as a shortcut to the stores etc. We are left with the fact that the family said that according to the video, no one came to the front door that day ... Looking at the house, there appears to be a side path. I wonder if that was the exit. But, I think it would show up on the video ...Puzzling/ jmo

Every house i have ever lived in had 'side' gates and exits from back of the yard to the front. Usually both sides of the house have some way to get through.
