I wish I felt up to doing a graph of what is fact and might be facts. I have an infection...nothing gross but appt. tomorrow and hoping to get a shot since antibiotics aren't doing it and just maybe I can or we could split up what has been posted as facts and by whom.

A small update of truth that is within my guidelines. Monday took its toll on some searchers due to the heat (90 deg. F with reflective coefficient feeling like standing at the focal point of a parabolic dish) we are having to endure: 1 had convulsions that was corrected within perhaps 20 seconds, 1 had 102 deg. F fever. So we chose to take Tuesday off to recover. Today was a staggered crew of 8 with the first couple starting at 8 am and the last ones left at 4 pm. I promise you we are coming prepared with drinks and energy bars....but we ran out faster than expected. An emergency request was put out to our community and within minutes, a number of people came out to a very remote location with fluids, fruit assortment, bars, cooked chicken from a major grocery chain & private contributions. THANK YOU seems so inadequate.

But they posted a follow up today with basically the same info as before but now adding that homicide detectives have been assigned to the case.

Imho...I thought this was interesting...a coworker contacted the newspaper looking for an update?
Could also just be the person in charged of making the schedule for work. I wonder how they knew for sure it was a coworker?

As I am reading back from the beginning things are sorta jumping out at me so I am also posting. I am not done going through all written news articles let and trying to wind down but I have my days and nights messed up...so if I can't sleep I will continue on tonight and sleep later.
I have noticed that as reports continued to come out at later dates that the second time that his wife said she spoke to Will has been left off and just the 4p.m. time noted. Perhaps she misjudged the talk time. Also in an earlier report 1:30 is mentioned?
Last but not least did she not know the nephew was there that day, did she know after he had left or was she told after she reported William missing and by whom? Was it the video of the SUV that made her or LE ask?

She definitely said at the PC that she didnt know nephew was there. We really dont know how it was discovered that nephew was there. I wonder what prompted VP to have a conversation with her nephew about Will.

So this does mention her calling at 6pm, and no one answered. Doesn't say if she wondered why he didn't pick up the phone .

Also, I had read an old Daily News article in which WC supposedly told his wife " I'm going to cook dinner. I like cooking now ". ?

Him saying he likes cooking now is a bit odd, mainly because he goes misding after, but she makes it sound like he was abnormally happy.

This is a really Strange case. imo

1. Everyone is making a big deal of no one came or left by the front door all day. We don't have videos of "all day", so who knows. A large number of people I know never use their front doors, they enter by the side, some into mud rooms, others into family room, etc. (A friend whom I had known for over 20 years had a bridal shower and opened her front door - it was the first time I had seen it open! It felt strange.)

2. The nephew is NOT Andrea Peck's son. His family name is Cierzan and she is his aunt. I am too tired to go look, but it clearly says so near the beginning of this thread. It also gave his first name and Facebook account. From Facebook, and I will be as nice as I can, lets just say that he doesn't look like the type who would go watch golf with his middle age uncle. If I saw him somewhere, I would walk faster....

By front door, most really mean front of the house, even if someone had come or gone through the side of the house they would have to go through the front of the house, there is no back entrance.

I will search for this link, I thought posting that info would be against tos since LE wouldnt even name the nephew

When WC first went missing, we discussed here a post on social media, by a woman who said that she grew up in WC's house. She motioned that she and her friends would scale the wall in back of the house, as a shortcut to the stores etc. We are left with the fact that the family said that according to the video, no one came to the front door that day ... Looking at the house, there appears to be a side path. I wonder if that was the exit.But, I think it would show up on the video ...Puzzling/ jmo

I live in the neighborhood. Years ago there was a functioning gas station directly on the other side of the Cierzan back wall. Over time it. Loses and was eventually torn down. A chainlink construction fence is now surrounding that lot that backs up to their property. If someone jumped their 5- 6 ft wall they would be stuck in an enclosed lot with another 5-6 ft tall chain link fence to scale. That lot is very close to the intersection of Bouquet Cyn Rd and Seco Cyn Rd which is very busy and the chainlink fence goes right to the sidewalk next Bouquet Cyn Rd. . It would be odd if someone was jumping those fences. There is no other way but the front and back as the property has side walls as well. The lot is not very big and is angled. Cleared of all brush and totally visible.
