I believe it was a small amount based on the fact that Linda didnt see it at first. It could have been blood that was cleaned up but trace amounts were left. Its hard to say. One thing though ive learned from reading about profiling is that a stranger that kills doesnt usually hide the body. But if the killer knows or has some kind of relationship with the victim, the body is usually hid.

The blood.... we don't know where it was found. We don't know how much, how high, how deep against the walls, was it in the floor cracks, etc. We also don't know if there are spatters found leading out to the SUV. We don't know. We only know "blood stains were found" and they are trying to "figure out how it got where it was".

That leads my mind to think there was a blow, blood splatters ended up in an unobvious and uncommon place, and maybe more was sprinkled outside as WC was removed from the home as he was walking or carried out.

I think if was obvious blood spatter, and/or more than the "bloodstains" that were reported, LE would have a way better case. They have said that at this time they do not even know if any crime occurred. jmo I have never heard that LE said they were trying to "figure out it got where it was (sic) " when did they say that ? TIA,

Here is a pdf file map of WC's street. Their house is the second from corner (lot #3. You can see the plot of land behind the house that some of us mentioned.

the wife seemed bothered/concerned by the blood and that makes me think it must have been a somewhat substantial amount.

i think, moo, that something happened the first time the nephew was there, he left with or without WC and then he returned to clean up, remove evidence and/or take WC.
once again, moo.

I "heard" it in the PC.

Thank you.
It is actually pretty interesting. I wonder whose blood it is ? And I wonder, at this point, why LE is not able to say that a crime took place ? Blood in ( presumably) an unexpected place ?

Great resource. Lot #14 is vacant and completely enclosed within a very tall construction chain link fence. Will"s house #3 has wall in both sides and across the back.

As I have reported several times before. There is a wall surrounding Will's backyard. Neighbors are on 2 sides and the back wall of his property backs up to a commercial lot that faces Bouquet Cyn Rd, a very busy 4 lane road. It used to be home to a gas station but it has been torn down and the lot is empty and surrounded by a 6 ft tall chain link fence. It would not be easy to get out of Will's backyard unseen.

I appreciate your first hand view and opinion. Thank you.

I have just viewed the map that debbiegarcia36 posted.
Both the map and your first hand information has been most helpful.

It does look like a very difficult area to get in and out of without being seen.

So I guess that leaves the front door or side door or back door, all which would have to be accessed from the sidewalk or front of the house and side path.
So, LE must have video of the family member coming and going
How could they not?

If I came home and my husband was gone, and I found blood, even a bit, I would be concerned
So I understand Linda's concern about that.

Even after the blood was found, LE still called this a MP case, so I am thinking there wasn't much blood.
It did sound like someone tried to clean it up as it was referred to as a stain, IIRC

someone could have left thru the garage too. you can't see the garage door from the footage released.
i wish we knew whether or not the nephew backed into the driveway when he was there earlier in the day. there is usually a reason to back in like that.

I passed by the house yesterday and noticed that there is a huge tree in the front yard and shrubbery that masks the house making it easy for someone to cut around the corner of Cautro Milpas and Festividad and enter the yard alongside the cornerhouse. Since the Cierzens house is second from the corner, someone could easily park behind the truck or around the corner on Festividad without being seen on neighbors camera. Not that this will help solve the case but it helps me better understanding of the logistics. Google earth of the street will also provide more perspective of ingress or egress.

I think that is really good information.
So it is possible for someone to enter without being seen

it probably wasn't common knowledge that the neighbor's camera caught WC's driveway. this makes me think it wasn't necessary for someone to be extra sneaky.

It is very possible
If that is the case, LE saw him come and go
Maybe the bigger issue is proving who was driving at 5:06

So much time is passing without answers.
I feel it gets colder everyday

But how would this person know the neighbors had a camera? How would anyone going to the house know they had to be careful so not to be recorded? Whoever was driving the SUV either didn't know about the camera or they didn't care.

Did the nephew (if that was who was in the SUV) only arrive once?
And that was a little after 5:00p.m.
Did whoever was in the SUV bop
WC on the head (enough to knock
him out but not enough to bleed much) put him laying down and unconscious in the back of the
SUV and therefore was not seen leaving the house under his own means or in the SUV. That sort of makes sense to me but the big
question is why?

Someone told AP that the nephew was there watching golf at 1:30 ish
I think LE would have followed up
Was nephew able to prove that ? Was he asked to prove it?
When LE was watching the video, they should have seen the family member arrive and leave. LE hasn't given a time
But they are asking people to come forward with anything they saw between 4 and 7. 4 being the phone call with Linda
If the family member said they were there later than that, wouldn't that time frame be later than 4?

I don't know because I don't know what LE were told, only know what AP was quoted as saying
Maybe all of that quoted info is wrong
