In the second video, the image of the person driving the SUV is captured leaving the house, entering the SUV, then backing the SUV into the driveway.

I have to admit that I haven’t been following this thread closely for quite some time, have just checked in here and there and occasionally bumped Will’s thread. When I viewed the Crime Watch Daily videos last evening I was totally surprised (not sure if that is the correct adjective but I don’t know how else to explain it). You guys have all followed this case so much more closely than I, so maybe someone can weigh in on any info that I have missed along the way or correct my thought process. I have been mulling this case over and over all day.

While trying to put the pieces together, I guess the things that really took me by surprise were:

The nephew stated he left Will’s house at 1:30 pm but a vehicle which looks identical to his was captured on surveillance video returning to the house, backing into the garage around 5 pm and then leaving again just a few quick minutes later.

Whatever happened to Will had to have happened suddenly as he had spoken to his wife around 4:30 pm and all was well at that time. What looks like the nephew’s vehicle arrives right around 5 pm, backs into the garage and drives away from Will’s house 9 or 10 minutes later. How was the perp able to overtake Will so suddenly, get him into the truck for transport and not leave obvious evidence within the space of just ten short minutes? Could they really overtake Will & do a clean up of blood evidence in just a few minutes? LE didn’t notice blood evidence until their second visit when they went back to the house after Linda told them about the surveillance video she had found (which called into question the nephew’s original statement).

In my mind the perp had to have made a call to someone asking for extra muscle to take care of the problem (Will) after 1:30 pm and that second person must have accompanied the driver to Will’s house at 5pm, assisted with overpowering Will and helping to load him into the vehicle.

I was disgusted with the nephew and Will’s brother for their reported lackadaisical attempts at joining the search party for Will, and also how they refused to discuss the disappearance of their uncle/brother with the reporter, instead just speeding off and leaving the reporter in their dust. Not to mention their refusal to discuss Will’s disappearance with Linda or Will’s sister.

So very hard to believe that this is still an open case. Thank u to TMS for your efforts to find Will. Hopefully there will be answers to this perplexing case but i’m not so sure when that will happen.

No other persons other than the driver of the SUV are seen entering or leaving the home during that window of time.

We all have our ownproblems I am sorry the mad scientist has not been able to continue searching on a regular basis. LE is going to wait till Will is found before they act. I will try to post any discoveries of remains that I find. I feel he will be found.

Sheriff Deputies now say William's nephew, Daniel Cierzan, is their prime person of interest.

The article mentions Will, for one. But more importantly, the person who got arrested implicated the search team unnecessarily and unfairly and the entire thing broke up after the arrest. It's just another piece of a puzzle.
