would you say it's about 45-50 min drive. If it was Will it would be a long drive. But not that far out. I really hope Justice is done soon for him and others. I lost my best friend in 1993 and his body has still never been found. It's still very sad for me. Back then we didn't have search parties or the Internet to help spread the word so I'm glad today we have a forum to reunite families and spread awareness.

The body was off the two-lane mountain road just north of the turnoff for Big Tujunga Canyon Road, according to a California Highway Patrol traffic log. The remains appeared to be a couple dozen feet down a slope next to dirt lot off a gated dirt road.

The image from the article appears reversed, although it's not. That turnout is actually on the north side of the road, but it appears as thought it's on the south side in the article if you aren't aware of how that mountain is situated. The helicopter just took the pic from the other side.

The article is interesting that someone called it in as a body in a car but no car was found....And the body is unidentifiable which seems like it's been there awhile although it was listed as male in I believe the last one. Maybe the body needs its own thread? I don't want to take away from Wills thread but I don't know to many males missing around that are missing currently.

OK after further research it seems this is the 3rd body found in this same area in the last 2 months. So it's most likely not Will. Looks like this could be a body dump place for someone.

Definitely not Will.

Homicide detectives said the man was stabbed to death.

Sunday evening, the LA County Sheriffs said hikers discovered the Asian adult male with multiple stab wounds to his torso.

Oh sorry I should have clarified the last article better. The Asian male was from April 30th. I just posted that link so you could see it's the same spot. Also in feb a guy was found in that same spot as well. The current guy hasn't been identified yet but I'm sure it's not Will based on it now being 3 people in the same spot since February.

OH! So the recent find is yet undetermined?

Not to be a conspiracy theorist or anything, but if someone is capable of killing one, they could be capable of killing many. Or their posse could be. We don't know, and I wouldn't rule anything out yet. Just sayin'.

Kimberly Blum was located 2 years after she went missing 500 feet down that mountainside. I hope LE is looking for the car. Obviously someone saw the car go over, because it was described as "careening over the side".

So this body would have been there a very short time, between the reported crash and the recovery of the body

1) Kimberly Blum disappeared, and was found two years later 500' down a mountainside in the general area being discussed.
2) A report that a car "careened down the side of the mountain" was called in, but no car was found (did they look at the bottom?)
3) While looking for a recent car crash, they stumbled upon a decomposed body that had been there awhile.
