Horrible, only 3 years prison time. This is scary. Previous 4 incidents and still drives while high and texting. She is now reformed and streets will be safe? doubtful.

Sadly I don't think that would make a difference. People drive without a license all the time, and she clearly doesn't care about laws or rules or common sense or other people's lives.
