It looks like there may be some movement toward justice for Xuanyi Yu.

The case information for Liren Chen on the portal for the Superior Court of California, Santa Clara County, shows that there was a scheduled arraignment yesterday, and on July 14 a hearing is scheduled for the challenging of a subpoena.

And here's more good news: there is a scheduled hearing regarding a trial on October 8, 2025. I really hope this case is finally moving forward so that we can finally get justice for Xuan Yi.
