I found more information on the MP:

DOB: May 30, 1945 in Hong Kong.
Full Name: Yue Lueng Yip
Originally a Hong Kong (British Colony) citizen, he became a US citizen in 1973. At the time, he was married with 2 children and living on Montgomery Street in San Francisco.
In 1988, he was living on the 1300 block of 23rd Ave in San Francisco.I believe the family still lives there as it was last sold in 1976.
He had a daughter born July 5, 1970.
He had a daughter born December 26, 1972
He had a son born April 19, 1974.

Just note that it is unlikely to have a Hong Kong Cantonese word spelled "Lueng", more likely "Leung".

I wonder where these details come from? Thanks for the work.
