CA - Yvonne Camargo caught on video hitting infant in face with tablet, Victorville

A couple in a Victorville, San Bernardino shopping center parking lot noticed a woman abusing a very small child in her car. The man started filming, just as she hit the infant in the face with her tablet.

To their credit, the couple can be heard rebuking the woman, but the article seems to suggest they just posted the video on social media instead of informing police. Anyhow, another Victorville resident spotted it and let LE know.

The woman's now been identified as 39-year-old Yvonne Camargo, child service are involved and the case will be submitted to the DA's office...(DA in San Bernardino is Michael Ramos who set up a special crimes against children unit.)

Ironically enough, she filed a "TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PREVENTION)" against another party back in 2013.

Thank Goodness some one took this video. This was his nanny. Poor baby.
