That's what I was thinking about the baby food and wipes. A big deal was made of the fact that Casey Anthony never bought anything for Caylee on her Target runs. DB probably knew that .
If Lisa died before 6pm that night, who's involved? DB's brother? dad? neighbor? or just Deb?
I expect some finger pointing ,soon.

God, I hope not...she looked to jovial in that video and that would just be sooo...Casey-Like:furious:

Another thing that seems to have been more or less confirmed with the search warrant was the listing of pj's for the baby.

This may be leading up to what witnesses have been reporting that they saw a man carrying a diaper-clad baby. Has anyone of these witnesses described the baby they saw as looking "asleep"? If they did...I'm going to hop off of my JI fence.

As of now...my feet are planted firmly on the ground below DB's fence.

Would it be possible that LI perished early in the day (Sunday?) and DB buried her in the garden, then staged the evening with the wine and the neighbor (perhaps telling the neighbor that the baby was asleep or visiting family)? She could have gone out there and dug up the body and brought it into her bedroom to wait prior to disposing of her? That would explain why the hit was on the floor; she didn't want to get dirt from the garden on her bedspread because then she would have to wash it. Vaccuuming is so much quicker.

If this scenario happened, would there be any DNA evidence in the garden or on the dirt that remained in the carpet?

FTR, I was never on the fence but I am a pessimist about these types of cases.

I was trying to understand why DB made the comment that when she checked on Lisa that night she was standing up in her crib.... now I see...she is making a definite statement that Lisa was in her CRIB that night... Not in DB's bedroom...There is something weird about her changing the time that she saw Lisa too...MOO

Anyone remember the statement DB was making to Judge J about

" letting her" (she paused) then said "boy's" sleep with her when they were young" But the efficacies was on "boy's" then she quick turned to JI....

I am just trying to catch up on these threads, but could anyone tell me what the brother looked like? In other words, does he at all fit the description of the man walking down the street with the baby? TIA

And when was the last time anyone saw Lisa alive, besides her parents, do we know?

why does it say denied on the first page, bottom right hand side?
I saw that. That is the frist page and read the title - it is the Motion to Seal - and that is what was denied - therefore it is now released and we have it.

Unfortunately... JMO.. I think the baby was in the dumpster :(

What dumpster? Sorry, wasn't following closely at the beginning and not too much now either..

Dear God...could her body be in the Starbucks where Jeremy was working? We're they pouring concrete there, putting up new walls or was it just electrical work? I think someone needs to find out.

I'd like to hear from this neighbor

They would have found bone. Maybe they just didn't reveal what they found, I don't know. I know even in the heat of cremation, bone fragments are left, and bone can be tested for DNA.

I just read a book about this and why burning is a very bad way to dispose of a body.

The temp has to be around 1400 degrees F and it takes hours. And even when it's done in a crematorium they have to futher process the bones left over to create cremains.

If she was in the dumpster there would be evidence or evidence to be found JMHO.

She sobered up for one.

Never did believe she was a drunk...MOO House too clean, kids looked too well cared for, well fed,happy...especially Lisa. MOO

Doubt if she was as drunk as she makes out...MOO If at all...MOO

Unfortunately... JMO.. I think the baby was in the dumpster :(

I thought about that too... but investigators would have found SOME remains, don't you think? The dumpster trash goes to the landfill, right? And the landfill was searched....

I think the baby is buried close by. PD might have already found the body.

I have always been concerned about how "high" the baby mattress was in the crib. Normally by 11 months, that mattress is down as low as it can go.

Wouldn't there have to be bodily fluids for the dogs to hit? I mean, a smothered baby....what fluids would there be...would she have had to be there long?

If she had some sort of accident, for instance, and crawled over but couldn't get drunk mom's attention, she could have died on the floor unnoticed for hours?

Is it possible that they moved the body in one of their returns to the house?

So the dogs alerted on Oct 17, and the 17 hour search was on the following day. I know that there was thought that the walls, etc, were being xrayed.

Now who would know where wall cavities were and how to access them without tearing out the walls?

Oooh, maybe an electrician?

If she wanted to claim that she was drunk, she should have had a blood test right away (maybe she did and we don't know about it?) Otherwise it would come off as an "excuse" and probably would not help in any pending charges/convictions, IMO.

I didn't think it was possible but I dislike D as much as I dislike FCA.

What dumpster? Sorry, wasn't following closely at the beginning and not too much now either..

There was a dumpster fire about a half mile from the house around 2:30 in the morning the night Lisa went missing.
