Well now what we need to happen is for the police to arrest the mom and really question her and in all honesty, I wouldnt care if they took the death penalty off the table for her to say where Lisa is so she can be brought home to rest and who was in on this with her. I still do not understand with all this evidence how they dont have a warrant out for her arrest yet..

According to KMBC
The attorney for Lisa Irwin's parents said she is working on a response to the info from the search warrant & affidavit.

Not sure what kind of response they are working on or what they really means, anyone else know??

Does anyone know if JI did a lie detector test before they lawyered up? I may have missed it if he did.

So if this was a HRD, we can be reasonably sure of it's accuracy, but if it was some other kind of dog perhaps not? Thanks Sarx!!

They had FBI dogs too! moo I think there is a link. I beleive one of news stations. :seeya:

Someone asked a few pages back about what DB's brother was wearing, if it was a white t-shirt. I rewatched the video and he was wearing a dark colored shirt in the wine purchase video. I then checked a mug shot from an arrest last week of the one guy JT, he had on a white T-shirt. Just saying...if there is even a man involved.

ETA, wanted to add that maybe this JT is a white t-shirt kind of guy as his booking photo was from days after Lisa went missing.

nursebeeme (MODs) rocks! Wow - glad I've not missed much (:noooo:). This is too sad! Is this the house they lived in or are living now?

Thanks!

The dogs hit, that is what is most important for me.

I am still hoping someone stole her and she is happily playing in her new home.

I wonder about this hit by the cadaver dog. I believe it to be exactly what LE states, signs that the baby was decomposing in that spot. The reason being, you have a infant, still in diapers leaving urine and who knows what all all over that house. So, in my mind, if the dog were merely hitting on urine or feces, there would have been more hits.
MOO

Sorry, just saw Sarx's post. Thank you!!!!

Here is a link to a very informative post from our Rules Forum:

[ame="http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showpost.php?p=4472615&postcount=1"]Best Practices: Dealing with your fellow posters[/ame]

The only thing I'd add is that it can help to self-edit the word "you" out of new posts whenever possible. "You" is a word tends to make the reader immediately tense up and feel defensive. It also sets the thread up for a running side conversation that may not be related to the thread topic.

We're all here for Lisa. We can each hold different theories about what happened to her, and still get along in a mutually respectful and productive manner.

Where this post lands is random.

HRD dogs would be the only ones who would be in the house hitting on anything at this point. By the 17th, we were way past local orgs and into state and Fed. resources which would mean higher level NASAR certifications and quite possibly FEMA certified dogs. I could be wrong, but if I'm on the right track, then these dogs have been trained to the highest level, with the best of techniques and have the training and working logs to prove it.

Honestly, I think she forgot her in the tub and went into a panic. There have been multiple cases lately of people being convicted for letting their child drown unattended in a tub. Hence the clothing still in the home. The hit on the carpet may be from her trying to revive Lisa. JMO

Urine, feces, blood from a live person smells different to a dog, than those same things coming out of a dead person.
Let's try this... Does a live chicken, pig, cow smell the same to you as a breast, chop or filet?

im just hovering here, reading what others have to say.

how long has JI lived in this house? i'm sure i read somewhere on here that he owned it before getting together with DB...

so that leads me to ask....if he did own the house before meeting DB has anyone else lived in the house with him? and personally when i have moved into a new house ive had new carpets or flooring put down so id sure like to know if JI or DB had put the carpet down or was it there when JI moved in.

if it was put down my JI/DB well that leads me to believe it has to be lisa that the dog picked up on.

i feel sick to my stomach thinking of poor little lisa and where she is now :(

So was being drunk the reason to hide an accident, did she od her? No way I believe DB is a killer. Responsible for what happened..yes. She had to hide the baby for a reason. JMO

You guys are so fast! I am not all the way caught up so please forgive if these are repeat questions.

1. This recently-dug dirt in the back yard -- is this something that they just recently found? It seems they've been combing the whole area for such a long time that they would have found it much sooner. Did they find it a couple of weeks ago and we are just now seeing it on their report?

2. The one thing that keeps sticking in my mind is, if you have a sick or deceased baby (geez it's hard even to write that), why would you put the body on the floor when you've got a perfectly good bed right there? Could be perhaps because someone else (an asleep son?) was on the bed and she didn't want him to see?

I was holding it together up til now but I feel kinda like I'm gonna cry, or maybe be sick.

I've been on both sides of the fence as well as balanced on top, but I will say that the mom has struck me as someone who thinks she's a bit more clever than she actually is. Which might be why LE let her talk as much to the news media as she wanted.

My first real post so I hope I haven't broken any rules ....

If someone is performing CPR, a harder surface is ideal so that the compressions are not absorbed by the material underneath the person. Of course the compression strength for a baby is not nearly that of an older child or adult.
