Two examples of staging...there was bloody mucus under the tape on her face, and a perfect set of lip prints, indicating she did not struggle against it. That means she was most likely already dead or at least unconscious from the head injury when the tape was applied. Why would you need to tape the mouth of a dead child?

Same with the wrist restraints. Her wrists weren't bruised or abraded from her struggling against wrist restraints. There were no defensive wounds to be found, not on her hands or feet, or forearms or shins, and the interior of her neck was not as damaged as it should have been. Her tongue and the insides of her cheeks were smooth and unblemished. All of that means she offered absolutely NO struggle against being strangled - which indicates she was unconscious from the head wound when strangled. Why would anyone need to tie the wrists of an unconscious (or dead) child, and why if they did, would they need to offer 15 inches of length between the wrists? How could that possibly restrain even a child - not to mention the wrists were tied extremely loosely and over the cuffs of her shirtsleeves.

IMO, it seems pretty clear the tape and wrists tied were nothing more than staging. And those are only two examples.

Are you suggesting someone killed her in this manner and then put the tape on and tied her wrists for pictures? That still makes the cord and tape staging. They weren't used during the course of the murder - the evidence does not support it.
