The below is the latest from Steve Huff:

In an interview on MSNBC, Pittsburgh reporter Jerome L. Sherman just stated that Ashley Todd also told police that she'd been sexually assaulted. Here's Sherman's article in the Post-Gazette. Money quote from the article: "Yesterday, [Todd] said the man sexually assaulted her, a detail that police said she didn't mention in the initial report."
Curiouser and curiouser.

Police tell KDKA that a campaign volunteer has now confessed to making up a story that a mugger attacked her and cut the letter B in her face after seeing her McCain bumper sticker.

Ashley Todd, 20, of Texas, initially told police that she was robbed at an ATM in Bloomfield and that the suspect became enraged and started beating her after seeing her GOP sticker on her car.

Police investigating the alleged attack, however, began to notice some inconsistencies in her story and administered a polygraph test.

No, I'm not surprised. I figured if she made it up the police would figure it out in short order and they did. She should be prosecuted. She should be beyond ashamed of herself. And.......she should apologize to everyone in sight.

No... not suprised... that backwards "B" had my hinky meter going crazy... as well as the "non-swollen bruised" areas around her eyes. What a numbskull...
