Patoine is five-feet, 10-inches tall, 140 to 150 pounds and has curly brown hair. She speaks French and English and has connections to P.E.I. and Quebec. ''

I see two different version of events from Gariepy one where she has a cell phone and one where she does not.

"He did so, in front of gas station cameras, he says. He says she remained in contact with him for the next two days before telling him she’d changed her plans, and that she would be discarding her phone."- Dailybeast
