50K $$ reward offered today for any information on these cold case crimes.

Please listen to video and if you know anything please call in. They are appealing to the public to move these two investigations forward. This perp must be caught. The subject/perp has ties to both cities. The composite sketch is very clear. Someone has to know this guy. And; he looks young.

The rapes were in 1985 and 1992, so he wouldn't be young now. That's the good news, I guess, since he's closer to being dead. The bad news is it's now 2013... there are other victims. (the italics indicate sad speculation by me)
