I just watched the documentary yesterday and had a thought to check unidentified bodies in NAMUS. I found a case of interest....
I emailed both Public Information Officer (CA) and Maine Chief Medical Examiner with the information pasted below.
------
NamUs Case #1995-0061 (
LINK) —a human rib bone found on Harbor Beach in York, Maine, on January 22, 1995, with Levi Strauss jeans size 34”W x 30”L nearby—has ever been compared to the case of Allan Kenley Matheson, missing since 1992 from Wolfville, Nova Scotia.
That detail stood out because Allan was last seen wearing Levi’s jeans, and based on his reported height of 5’9”, that size seems like a potential match.
The timeline between his disappearance and the discovery of the remains (about 2.5 years), along with the geographic proximity between Nova Scotia and coastal Maine, seemed potentially significant.

- Public Information Officer (CA) said they would forwarded my email to Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
- Maine confirmed the bones in NAMUS have not yet been compared to Allan Kenley Matheson, but that they would reach out to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to seeif they could get a comparison done.
