Circumstances of Disappearance:
Megraw was last seen in Rochester, Minnesota on September 11, 1992. He has never been heard from again. The truck he was driving at the time of his disappearance was later found and reported to authorities on October 3, 1992. Megraw's vehicle was located at Katamik Lake in Manitoba, Canada and had been parked in the same location since September 24, 1992.

Shortly before his disappearance, Megraw had traveled to Katamik Lake with his brother to go fishing over the Labour Day weekend. He had since returned to the U.S. where he was last seen by his family, but officials suspect he returned to the lake sometime between September 11 and September 24. Despite extensive searches conducted, Megraw was never located.
