I hate to say this but - I also think there's a connection to those website links I posted before registered to M*** Smith in Panama, they have a *very* similar layout and style to the ones KL did.

Maybe she did them for someone else, but I think there's definitely business going on all over.

Given the findings of all the 'business' stuff...I wonder how many people out there know what happened here and aren't saying anything? Someone knows something. If you put this in perspective, the patent deal gone bad between DG and AL seems pretty small potatoes to the other stuff that is being dug up...there's gotta be more to this whole thing than DG and the patent dispute...JMO

Yes! I would like to clarify the patent dispute again. My brain is foggy. Was the statement about the patent in fact only a statement from AL? Was a lawsuit pursued? I don't recall.

I think it is an old sidewalk/foundation that could be cracked and it is water stains.

Perhaps. It almost looks like leaves to me but that wouldn't make sense because this was late June/early July. My mind went somewhere way more gruesome. Hope you are right.

Oh yes, I see the leaves as well. I was looking at the dark shadow. If it was something more gruesome it must have been missed in the speculated clean-up. There is another image from a distance I wonder if it appears. If I find it I will post it.

I think what you are seeing are a bunch of piled-up-together pine needles, rusty colored from being long dead, and just collected under there... those needles get everywhere!

I think they were older websites, I think there was one only recently updated, so maybe no connection. Just an uncanny resemblance to the other websites I saw of KLs. Maybe I'm 'wanting' to see a connection that might not be there.

I believe it was from a couple of sources...AL (Jr.) and MK (Winter Pet)...he mentioned it was before his time. I don't believe there was a law suit, at least not one I'm aware of. I suppose there might have been one if the patent had gone anywhere, but since it was basically a bust, then what would DG sue for?

did it go bust or are people just being quiet about the next best thing since directional drilling or self-casing wells? I wonder how much al was asking for licensing of the original technology?

I don't know the answer to your question but I recall reading an article in regards to deGrood and the media challenging a publication ban. I think it was deGrood.

Well, it's a little late now...lol. WSer's have done a fine job of uncovering a LOT of it! I think that has to be requested by the lawyers.
