Thats what he was wearing at arrest if I have this right. They took those clothes and gave him others.

If you remember, he was arrested on July 4th and appeared in the court on July 7th on identity theft charges. Meanwhile, the police searched the farm. He was granted bail on July 11th and then on July 14th he was re-arrested and charged with murder.

So, those pictures of him in a blue shirt are probably after the second arrest.
