... and that is no tweets from ANYONE in that room

Can there be evidence that is under a publication ban? That the jury can hear but media can't report on. Or is that a no no?

Something must have happened down there. I just checked my regular Twitter feed to see if somethings happening at the court house and people are all asking what happened

Possible? But at least one of the reporters would tell us that I would think.

She said "at that time" and "to the naked eye" so i am hoping later on they were able to determine they were human bone fragments.

Pretty sure it was determined that none of the fragments, both in the burn barrel and later retrieved after 550 hours of painstaking work sifting the burn pile could be determined.

She said bones had gone to stage where they were very brittle/charred - could not identify them as human remains #Garland

Later, more items brought to medical examiner office -could not be identified as human remains #Garland

Brooks-Lim says she could not identify human remains among the bone fragments found at the #Garland farm.

This is eerie

I wonder, if nothing can be determined to be human, maybe it is considered inflammatory or misleading to mention bone fragments at all?

You know I've tried to be objective about the reporter twitter coverage of this trial. As a Canadian I've followed several by twitter alone. At this time I have to say this is by far the worst coverage of any trial I've followed. Both via twitter and later in the written online news reports. We are not getting the feel for this trial at all...or a LOT of the information. A lull like this one is unheard of in the news game.

MOO

Hopefully they have solid DNA evidence - the not being able to ID the bones as human is concerning to me.

Apparently another morning break....gees thanks for at least one reporter letting us know!!

Publication bans are before trial. Anything the Jury hears is fair game to the Public. Maybe the killer choked on his stubby pencil. I know my bad. He is so evil.

Ross asks how quickly chloroform works "i don't believe it's instant..could take anywhere from several seconds to minutes" #Garland #yyc

Valerie Fortney ‏@ValFortney 1m1 minute ago
Defence lawyer Kim Ross, on use of chloroform: not instantaneous, he suggests. Brooks-Lim agrees, but says it varies. #Garland

I thought I noticed rib bone segments in the bone fragments.

Wasn't there flesh/teeth found near the burn barrel. I really should have taken notes from day 1.
