I went back and read the tweets and it appears the dentist was first given two vials of tooth structure which he said were enamel. So that must be the teeth that were found in the home. From that vile of teeth he was able to rule out Kathy but not Alvin.

Thanks for that. I'm not satisfied though. Not at all.

Could the tooth/teeth/ from the L home testimony come from a DNA person rather than a Dental person? I mean this guy had the dental records so determining whose it/they were should be 101.

In earlier tweets they made it sound like whole teeth were found in the home. Now I am wondering if it was just pieces of teeth found? When he says he was given two vials of tooth "structure" I am not picturing whole teeth.

Maybe they should have started this trial out with the DNA testing evidence. So they could be tying the DNA results in with each witness. I'm sure we'll all be getting some "a ha" moments once that evidence is presented but it's making all of this evidence seem pretty weak right now. Although the evidence of any bodies being in that burn barrel and pit IS pretty weak it appears. Out of two missing adults and one child, at this point all they can say is that it is "likely" that one baby tooth was found. And maybe some bone fragments, but they could be anything really. :banghead:

Now moving to the CCTV testimony

Absolutely agree. And now this doctor and his/her practice will not be dragged into this. I guess the Crown subpoenaed
him/her and they didn't want anything to do with testifying.

I assume he means video and not audio. It would be difficult to look at audio IMO
