YES it fits. I wonder if thats why he walked back to the truck. First, check that all is "a go" then go back to the truck for a hit?

With crimes this intense and violent and frenzied, you often read about the perp being on meth, or crack or PCP or something. It does fit. I'd be surprised if he were sober. But I don't think we'll ever know one way or another.

We have both KL and AL being close to the ground when impact happened. I feel sure he injected them with something, they stumbled and went down then the sick coward attacked. I think he slit N's throat. I'm so very very sorry.

If he'd slit his throat wouldn't he bleed out? Unless the journalists are leaving something out I didn't think there was that much blood. I mean that would be a lot of blood and a medical examiner would be able to say without a doubt that Nathan had died.

I wonder. It was a few days later, right? I doubt they would have - I think they only do that for DUI, or if someone appears wasted when they're arrested. But who knows.

Hey folks, I'm just getting caught up on the trial this morning and discussion from last night.

Thanks go out to whoever noticed that the aerial photo was actually from July 1 and was likely touched up at some point. I had only focused on the DG farm and I hadn't looked at any metadata associated with the file. On the download page I had noticed it said two files but only one was available for download and the Pilot mentioned they had acquired two photos so I just assumed the July 1 photo had been deleted.

As for today, I'm trying to picture how DG would have attacked both Kathy and Alvin in their beds. I would assume that as soon as the first attack occurred the second person would have woken up from the noise and /or screams. It seems like Kathy was attacked and dragged down the stairs. It doesn't appear that Alvin was dragged down the stairs so he must have been in decent shape after being attacked in bed and he was told to walk downstairs. It looks like he was again attacked downstairs by the garage. Or - DG attacked Alvin and thought that he had incapacitated him in the bedroom. He was moving Kathy/Nathan to the exit door and Alvin "came to" and walked downstairs to see what was going on and was attacked again by the garage when he encountered DG down there.
