this should be good. shut down all of their explanations before they even give them. There is no way that defense can even touch half of what has been brought up in this closing argument. There is no rational explanation for most of it especially the aerial photos of the bodies.

When DG was originally arrested for the crime, who could have guessed the depravity behind the scenes. I presumed that he went to their house to confront Alvin. lost his temper, killed him in a rage and then had to get rid of witnesses. Never would my mind have gone to the scenario that was laid out here for us to see in this trial.

And to think that their loved ones had to hear these horrific details.
If only there was some way to lessen their pain and comfort them.

I don't know if that is a case of misreporting and/or bad headline writing. Or if this "veteran criminal lawyer" truly doesn't understand the law but that information is just plain wrong. The standard of BARD only applies to the evaluation of the evidence as a whole and not individual aspects of the evidence.

I just do not know what to say. I feel such disgust, and horror at the suffering this family must have gone through. This well-done closing has added even more atrocities to my already shocked senses. My heart is hurting for her daughter right niw.... how they can sit through this (if indeed they are there) is beyond me. Thank goodness there are clunseling services available for these jurors; they surely are going to need support after this.

Jade, thank you so much for the tweets. This has to be the worst case to see these words in print, at least that I have ever followed.
