Well I originally called for a verdict this afternoon if the jury had gotten the case at some point yesterday. So I guess I'll change it to tomorrow afternoon. I think the jurors brought their toothbrushes for at least one night.

I meant I thought that Judge Gates, the Crown and the defence took yesterday to go over the instructions. I know the jury was given the day off.

LOL...seemed odd that they were having an in camera this morning if they spent a good part of yesterday discussing and fine tuning the instructions. But since it was only a brief meeting, it was probably regarding something that one of them thought of overnight.
