How can they have Amber and yet it takes this long?? Are they not worried because their "perp" is already behind bars? Please, give the public some peace of mind, please file charges already or issue a statement! I cannot imagine what is happening in this case.
A convicted killer's parole has been revoked because police consider him to be a suspect in a "serious" ongoing investigation,
Chris Falconer, 29, has been behind bars since he was arrested in New Glasgow in November on a parole violation.
RCMP confirmed it was a homicide but didn't say how Kirwan died. They launched an investigation — during which Falconer's name came up several times.
Then the convicted killer was arrested, but police stressed it had nothing to do with the Amber Kirwan investigation.
No arrests have been made in the case.
The report also says police had interviewed him as "a person of interest and later a suspect" in a criminal matter, though it doesn’t specify what matter.
But at the time of his arrest, police were searching a home and property on Hardwood Hill in Heathbell in connection with the Amber Kirwan homicide investigation.
F's former step-sister was renting the Hardwood Hill property that police searched, and investigators also seized and later released a car that a neighbour said F. regularly drove.
The Kirwan investigation is still ongoing and no charges have been laid.

According to the parole report, F. said the knife was used for work on a farm, the mari-juana was to quell pressure and he was carrying bullets because he was considering suicide.
