I am amazed that of all the witnesses called so far the only people who remembered where they were and what they were actually doing and not stoned, were her parents and the specialists.
The "lovers" are hardly credible witnesses. Ha-ha I have never heard Glasgow pub referred to as "pick a pig" . Then again I have never been there

His FB page is still up. Look at one of his friends "May Fran" . Not much there but he is the only listed friend for this person and the only activity on this persons page is during the time Amber was missing.

Well, the final decision on the credibility of the witnesses rests with the jury.

That being said--the times contained on their phone records, which were submitted into evidence, does not lie.

Not only was the Crown able to place him in the area the night Amber went missing; through the phone records, they also show a sudden silent period around the time of her abduction; then placed him in the Heathbell Road area around 5 am on the 9th.

Altogether, very important testimony. imo
