The Nanaimo RCMP is asking for the public's assistance in locating 34-year-old Amy Lynn DOWELL from Nanaimo, whose family has not seen or heard from her since June 11th. The Nanaimo RCMP were alerted to her disappearance on June 23rd, and at that time investigators began a missing person’s investigation. DOWELL is struggling with significant medical issues which has her family extremely concerned for her safety and well-being. The picture provided of DOWELL is recent.

There have been unconfirmed sightings of DOWELL in downtown Nanaimo; however investigators have been unable to locate her.

Amy DOWELL is a white female, 5 ft. 7, 100 pounds with blonde hair and very noticeable eyebrows.
