But really, would a person who is dependent on the perp for financial reasons risk losing their home, food, lifestyle in order to call LE about the relative? The human need for survival might outweigh justice. MOO

Hi @dotr I’m convinced that someone is hiding and protecting the perp in all of our three cases with fake alibis. Or, the perp is LE himself.

The word “protecting” got me thinking. What if a young offender did something horrific and, of course, we will never know because they are protected by law. Now, this young offender ages to 18 or 20 years. The parents don’t want more trouble with LE so they provided cover stories for everything the young offender did. He learned from the Sonia case so he moved onto women who live more remotely and out of view, Shelley and Audrey. JMHO
